Mallinckrodt 10 325

will a 1/2 pill of mallinckrodt 10-325 and will it last as long as a full pill with half the strength? ## Hello, Priscilla! How are you? You mean 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If so, then in theory, yes it should work that way. Is there anything else I can help with?

I’ve gone thru several variants of Percocet 10/325 over the past 20 years, (7 C-spine surgeries and 3 lumbar spine surgeries, and still suffer horrible pain on a daily basis). Endocet is one of the only meds that works for me, doesn’t make me sick to my stomach, nor any side effects. (I haven’t had to have any increases in strength or amount of daily intake, so I’m pleased with the Endocet)... But my cost has gone up to $159 for a one month supply (150 tabs), which is tough for me to handle financially. My ‘local Mom & Pop pharmacy’ suggested I try the Malinkrodt generic as it’s cost is much lower. I’m just concerned that it won’t work as well, or won’t agree with me. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with the Mali...

Is Mallinckrodt m367 10-325 the same as Qualitest 3601 10-325? ## Both of the pills in question are one in the same drug. The only difference is that they are manufactured by different companies. Additionally, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; but other than that you can be assured that they are the same drug and same dosage. When you switch brand names or manufacturers, the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may agree with one medication over the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects pr...

Hello, I have been on Norco 10/325 for several years and Watson then Quailtest always worked great. I go to a small pharmacy and they can no longer order Quailtest. They had Tris till this year and I liked Tris also. They will let me pick from whatever they have and that is Amneal, Mallinckrodt, or Camber. The Camber made me sick. So what would you choose between Amneal and Mallinckrodt? I know the reviews aren't great for either on here, but do you prefer 1 over the other? They told me they could also order other generics if I let them know. Thanks for any suggestions. ## When I had to have my dental work done, I had good results with the product from both of those manufacturers, but to me, it did seem that the Mallinckrodt worked a little faster. The FDA warns that Hydrocodone wit...

I used to take Norco 10/325 for chronic pain by Watson, but Watson was bought out by Actavis. Wow, the difference in pain control went from 10 to zero. All Walgreens and CVS pharmacy's only carry Actavis, so I called around and finally found the generic that works even better than Watson's, and that's Mallinckrodt, at least for me. Most hospital pharmacies carry Mallinckrodt. Amneal, Qualitest and so many other manufacturers are absolute garbage! I have chronic pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis in every joint in my body. I think those fake manufacturers of pain pills should be shut down. ## They aren't fake manufacturers, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient, by as much as p...

My pharmacy changed my meds from the yellow 10-325 v 3601 norco to the 10-325 white m367 mallinckrodt. I've been taking the yellows for years with no problems. Today I started the whites and feeling dizzy, a little weak, kind of panicky. What is different about the two meds that would cause this? ## hi i take the 10-325 hydrocodone apap tablet malli and i was takeing the yellow 10-325 witch helped me i have a very bad back and spine problems the whit pills do noting but give me headackes and upset stomack i have been on vicodin for many years now that the drugs store gave me the white pills they do not work but make me sick what can i do? ## Hello, Jennifer and Don! I have been using brand name Norco 10 325 for some time. recently because of the DEA I cannot get them and nowi mallinckrodt s the only drug my pharmacy sells. I have read so many bad things about them on the internet, frankly I am about to have a nervous breakdown as I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I have to have the pain control to complete my therapy. I have heard good things but everyone says that the one to say the good things are crazy. help!!! ## I understand your concern, however, the only way to know if they will help you, or not, is to actually try them! You're not doing yourself any good by getting upset over it, please calm down. :-) It isn't that the people on either side of what you've read are crazy, it's that everyone is different, so some may not...

My wife has been prescribed norco 10/325mg and has tried different mfg's due to different phamacy's brand they carry, she states that only Mallinckro works to stop the pain from two spinal fusions and a broken hip and femor. What pharmacy carries this brand, we got it when we were with kaiser and now we are with scan and cannot seem to obtain this mfg. ???? thanks Jim ## There is actually no way to know which generic that any given pharmacy is carrying, at any given time. It can vary, depending on which manufacturer is offering the cheapest price, when they they need to restock their supply. Have you tried asking the pharmacy if they can order the other in for her? ## WALMART they only carry this brand for it is not popular on the streets ## Is there anyone out there that not on...

Pictures of Mallinckrodt 20 milligram ## @She Devil, According to mallinckrodt's product catalog, they don't make a 20mg oxycodone. Here's a list of what they do make: Oxycodone + Acetaminophen 10 mg/325 mg Oxycodone + Acetaminophen 5 mg/325 mg Oxycodone + Acetaminophen 7.5 mg/325 mg Oxycodone HCl 15 mg Oxycodone HCl 30 mg Oxycodone HCl 5 mg Ref: mallinckrodt.com/Generics/Generic_Products If you received what you think may be a 20mg oxycodone, I would encourage you to call mallinckrodt directly just to be sure. their customer service toll-free number is 800-325-8888 (Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST). I hope this helps!

Been taking oxycodone 10-325 by another company called alvogen and I got these 10-325 with m523 on the back with this company's name (mallinckrodt). Are they the same as hydrocodone? It does not relieve pain very well. ## Yes, they contain the same active ingredients, but there can be fluctuations from one generic to another. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus, or minus 20%, and they don't have to measure against each other, just the name brand. Thus, it is possible that these ones are a little lower than the others, so they may not work as well as for you. However, since the differences are slight, your body should adjust in a week, or so. If not, you should consult your doctor. The FDA warns that this medicatio...

Does anyone feel that mall. Hydro 10/325 has changed? It used to work...now it just makes me REALLY tired? and they seem smaller?Im alergic to Amneal anything, so I downgraded to this one from Oxy. There just an not any good generics out there any longer, unless you can find Endocet? Ive been approved for brand. But the co pay is 450.00? I cannot handle that a month. Does anyone have good results with mallenkrodt Hydro 10? ## Hello, Dolly! How are you? No, there haven't been many complains about theirs, at all. You may have just grown tolerant to it, though. How long have you been taking it? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## well,Dolly here! Ive b...

I was prescribed hydrocode 10/325 by my md. I was getting yellow pills.now I'm getting pills that i believe are from mallinckrodt the hotel says manufacturing company is MLKCM. My concern is that this MLKCM brand make me feel ill. It causes heart palpitations, increased bowel movements, and it does not help the pain as well add the other. Is this mallinckrodt and had anyone else had these symptoms with this brand? Thank you so much for any help you can give on info with this brand ## Hello, Dar! How are you? Sandie, both of them contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, neither of these contain Hydrocodone. I have been taking Hydrocodone-Acetominophen 7.5-325 for years for degenerative disks in my back. The generic Aurobindo tablets don't work for me and make me nauseated. Applause go to: Mallinckrodt. Mallinckrodt manufactures that same prescription (white pill M366) and they are the only ones I have found that actually work with no unpleasant side effects. I really wish my pharmacy hadn't switched manufacturers. I am extremly disappointed in Aurobindo generic for Norco. The other one that didn't work was orange with a V on one side and 36|05 on the other, manufactured by Qualitest. It was garbage, just like the Aurobindo. ## I've probably just read 50 reviews on Hydrocodone 10-325's & you're the first person that actually has something good to say about Mallin...

Would 3 tablets of m325 be the same as taking one and a half Vicodin 10? ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? Do you mean the white tablet with the marking M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other? If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Got someone with these and she thinks they have been remaking them. Is there a way to check them to see if they are the original formulation? ## Hello, Sarah! How are you? Where did she get them? If they are from a legitimate U.S. pharmacy, then she shouldn't have anything to worry about. The tablets with the M 523 marking are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, if they are from some other source, the only thing she could so would be to pay to have them lab tested somewhere. Is there any...

A friend of mine had some of these and they made her sick. I had to have her stomach pumped. We saw on this website where these were fake pills. Is there any truth to this? ## Hi Melissa, A white oblong shaped pill with M523 on one side and 10/325 on the back is reportedly identified as a generic Acetaminophen + Oxycodone HCL tablet, made by Mallinckrodt. For verification, you can visit the following National Drug Code link: 0406-0523 Having said this, her pill does fit the description of a real product... However if she isn't going through her doctor to obtain a prescription then they could be anything pressed and shaped to look like something real. I'm not insinuating that this is the case here, but she shouldn't have to question their legitimacy if she filled a prescripti...

I take the Rhodes 10/325 percocet and they are better than actavis oh that don't help at all. Rhodes and Amneal I agree are weak compared to the old Watson's and Mallinckrodt, and Endocet, even Roxicet. What happened to those that did wonders I don't know. ## Hi Stevo, I think when it comes down to drug efficacy, we not only have to look at the active ingredients/dosages, but just as importantly, the binders and fillers which often change from manufacturer to manufacturer. So what happened to those drugs that did wonders? - Well, from my perspective drug companies probably did add various inert ingredients that somehow affect bioavailability or how well our body absorbs the "active" ingredients that are composed within all the fillers. It's hard to say if there i...
