Is an M357 pill penicillin or back pain medicine? I looked online and couldn't get a straight answer. ## This tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is an opiate pain reliever. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
