This pill was in the bottle of subutex I filled this month not sure if they ran out of the other brand I almost didn't notice but it is a big round white pill that is scored like a cross on one side so it can be quartered and says M18 on other side. Only thing I've been able to find was Metoprolol but it didn't have the cross score and I've been on Metoprolol 25mgs for years and never seen one like this ## Large white pill with an x score line on one side and M18 on the other is Subutex~!

I have just gotten some. ## Very hard to say for sure if you do not provide the complete imprint from the pill, while the other posters can say they have seen it in that mg in that color, there is no way to say for sure that's what yours is, there are no regulations concerning what prescriptions are colored or what the pills look like. How many can i take without getting my liver hurt with the acetaminophen. I hurt my back and I took one about two hours ago but my back is still killing me. Doc also gave me 600mg Motrin and something called flexiril. I'm not a pill popper so I don't know how safe taking all this stuff is. But I can hardly sit anywhere besides a hot tub without extremes pain. Seeing chiropractor next week until then all I got is the hydrocodone the Motrin and the flexiril. I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?

One side has L R Other side has M< ## Lorazepam or alprazolam? ## Based on the description provided, The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "LR" rather than "LR M<". This pill is also round and yellow, but does not show a score line in the represented photo (however a different photo may prove that it has one). If this sounds like a possible match, the imprint LR is identified as Panwarfin (7.5 mg); manufactured by Abbott Laboratories.
