Because the M L7 mentioned in the subject of your post contains 0.088mgs of Levothyroxine, which is used to treat Thyroid disorders. However, the one mentioned in your post with the M 53 markings contains 200mgs of Cimetidine, which is an antacid, used to treat or prevent conditions, such as ulcers, heartburn, GERD and gastritis.

Is there any difference between L724 & RX724? My last purchase of generic Clariton D24hr the pills were marked L724, they are oval but shaped a little different than the ones marked RX724. I normally have no problem but I am still sneezing & have itchy/watery eyes.
