White oval tablet with one half letter B and other half letter T. The tablet can be split in half with a score line down the middle. ## What is the oblong BT pill? I found them in my daughter's room. ## Hard to say for sure. I couldn't find any exact match online but some research indicates it may be a contraceptive (birth control) pill manufactured in the UK. There is a similar variation (imprint/score) of homeopathic medicine made by Boericke & Tafel but I believe it is round not oblong. ## Thanks for the feedback. Someone else just wrote in a related thread that they have these same tablets, but believe them to be anabolic steroids (stanozolol or oxandrolone). Based on their message, it sounds to me like they're in England. And I also got the sense that they may not h...

I have this pill. I'm not reading it upside down. It has no manufacturer marks. It just has the letters or numbers 4847 and that's all. ## What pill shape oval size and the inprint of 4847 what are they and what are they called ## Hello Doug, Unfortunately after extensive research nothing comes up for a pill with the imprint 4847. I know that you said you weren't reading it upside down but just in case I found a white oblong pill imprinted with L484 that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) which is a store brand or generic Extra Strength Tylenol. This would be an exact match to your description but only if read upside down. If you are absolutely sure that you are reading it right side up it may even be a good idea to take it into a local pharmacy and see if th...

White oblong tablet (not capsule) - one side says B L and the other side says 30. I think its a 30mg co codomol but im not too sure. Other half says it is a beechams plus. ## Yes I agree with you. I took 3 last night or maybe the night before - I don't know. All I know is I work up at 7:00 p.m the next day or the next day. I guess it worked but it scared me. What happene? I am on 1mg and just have taken it for 6 mos. ## Well, I think you are already aware of what happened, you took too many! Xanax is a very potent Benzodiazepine. You've been taking 1mg and suddenly jumped to 3mgs, so yes, I'd say it worked for you, a little too well. You can become addicted to these or overdose, so you really do need to be careful. I suggest speaking to your doctor regarding some other opti...

Hello I have been on Amplodipine 5mg tablets for 18 months but my ankles kept swelling up. They have changed my tablets to Losartan Krka 50mg which I did not take as I thought they made a mistake by giving me 50mg tabs instead of 5mg. The doctor has now said that it is ok to take 50mg as it is the same as the 5mg tabs just a different make .I am not sure about this can you please confirm this is correct I know live in Cyprus and I know of many mistakes that have been made here.. Thank you Linda ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Sorry about the confusion. Yes, if you were on 5mgs of Amlodipine, you'd need 50mgs of the Losartan to be therapeutically equivalent. The Losartan is in a different class of medications, it's an ARB, while Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, so they work...

White round pill with a score on the front, above the score it has a B and underenth the score it has 19? what is it...? ## Hi Bob - I have not been able to find a pill matching the exact description which you provided. The closest thing which I have seen is a round white pill with a score mark in the middle. One side has BI on either half of the score mark, and the other side has 91 on either half. That is a Mirapex 1.5mg. Unfortunately this sounds pretty different from what you have described. My guess at this point is that it can either be an over-the-counter product, or a prescription drug from outside the united states. Can you post back any other details such as a manufacturer name, where this was found, or country of origin of the pill?
