Can a pain-management physician keep & dispense prescriptions of pain medications for his senior patients suffering from severe pain?..IV been going to my physician for the past 9 yrs; also using the pharmacy located in the lobby of my Dr's professional bldg.... This pharmacy informed me that they will no longer fill my oxycodone prescription because there are to many patients for what they get in stock...So this pharmacy said the prescriptions they can fill will be going to the patients that have been their customers alot longer than I have!...What the heck? Hi I recently moved to myrtle beach and am looking for a doctor who will prescribe xanax or kolonopin. I have currently been on xanax for the past year or so and it has helped me a great deal (before xanax I was on kolonopin and it also to some extent). As of now I'm having to drive 3 hours to my old doctor to keep getting it. The doctors I've spoken to down here have told me they MAY continue to prescribe it to me but before they will even consider I have to come in and pay for an evaluation which is 300$ Which is completely understandable HOWEVER, even after that there is no guarantee that they will continue to prescribe the same doseage or even the same medication that I am currently on. I have chronic, severe anxiety to the point of not being able to go outside, grocery store, cook, clean myself, my home, can't focus due to do my bills, or other important business. Panic Attacks, constant Acute Anxiety Attacks make it impossible to function or have any kind of life. I have been on it for over 20 years, and have never abused it, taken more than prescribed, and sometimes don't have to take it for 24 hours. Hello there. I have been prescribed oxycodone as well as Opana for many years now due to a genetic bone disease. Osteogenesis Imperfecta. I've recently moved to North Myrtle Beach SC. These meds are the only ones that have ever given me any relief. I have been to many pain management clinics with no success in the past. I'm looking for a doctor who will treat my shoulder, neck and arm torn rotater cuff and 50 % of my tendons are torn or gone. I'm in chronic pain most of the time and recently lost my job because my current doctor lowerd my perscription from 10 mg percocet x3 a day down to x2 a day.? I am a chronic pain patient and.like many of us, OUT of meds. I cannot fill my prescriptions each month. I have switched to dialudid and those don't work very well. I found an online service that would fill my script, signed up and they have been closed down before I got my 1st shipment. This is HELLISH.
