L N Trio 10 Tablet

I am diabetic type 2 for the past 16 years & also hypertension medication I am taking Glycomet Trio 2 before breakfast & Galvus Met 50/ 1000 mg before dinner . While my Post lunch sugar levels are by & large within normal range for my age ( 84 years) my fasting sugar levels are always beyond normal range ( 130/137) Do I need to change the before dinner medication ( Galvus Met 1000/50)

I take 1 tab in the morning and 1 at dinner, but from the last 4 months my sugar level (fbs) has been 90 ppbs, 105 to 110. Do I still take the medicine? My hba1c is 6. ## You should continue it for as long as your doctor tells you to continue the medication. There's a chance of your sugar level raising to dangerous levels, if you stop the medications, according the NIH. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, and flatulence. Is there anything else I can help with?

I would like to know whether I can take METFORMIN 1000MG, GLIMEPERIDE 2MG and VOGLIBOSE 0.2mg separately, because it will work out cheaper by almost 60% instead of the combination. (RS150-90). ## It should be okay to do so, as long as the dosages are the same, but it is always best to double check with your doctor to be sure. I am having High Bp 140/90 and some times 140/100, for the last 10 years. first 8 years I was put on Atenol 25mg. Two years back my cardiologist changed my medicine to Telma-H(40mg). This year when I went through regular check up my BP was 140/100 and sugar levels were 125 FBS and 170 PBS. The LDL was 140mg. Immediately he advised to take telma-H 80mg in empty stomach in the morning. I followed for three days it made lot of acidity and gas problems. I stopped 80 mg and revert back to 40 mg. I, 71 years old, suffered sudden angina pectoris, having a little high blood pressure. My Dr. carried out an ECG which revealed normal ECG. Prescribed nitrocortin 2.6 twice with amlopres trio once. After 10 days blood pressure came down to a normal 130/80 which raised to 160/80 during angina. Would I require nitrocortin 2.6 further? If so, for how long? May you kindly advise? ## To my understanding, Nitrocortin is safe.

My wife is 67 years old. Family history of high bp and high cholesterol. Latter level above 300. BP llevel 180/100 Fluctuates comsiderably. 14 days ago cardiologist prescribed OLMEZEST 40 one tablet per day. Reaction extreme tiredness. Cardio said stop olmezest 40. Use old combination of drugs Atorva 10mg. Dilzem 120. and Aspirin 75mg One tablet daily....latter drugs used by my wife since 2000. No negative reactions to these latter three drugs fot 14 years.
