Hi Dr. I am Mayuri Dutta from kolkata. I am just 16 years old. My board exams are too near. And am suffering from breathing problem for about nearly 1 month ago. I dont know what am i suffering from. Doctor said that am not suffering from asthma. Because of my exams i cant go for any ecg or anything like that. Doctor has asked me to have #Deriphyllin . Sir, My wife age 44 yrs she is having high diabetes with high BP. I checkup her at Appolo Chennai, Kolkata and several local doctors. Some time diabetes control but BP not controlling. She is taking medicine for BP control TAZLOC 40 2 times but BP counting Min with in (120-135) and high (180-195). I am an ankylosing spondylitis patient. I have been prescribed by a delhi doctor to have tablet DC Bone. However I reside in Kolkata and these tablets r not available here. I have been adviced by the chemist to have Calcimax Forte instead. Though it has the same components, can it be taken as a substitute for DC Bone Tablet. ## I can't find any information on a tablet under the name DC Bone. However, Calcimax Forte contains 1000mgs of Calcium Carbonate, 100mgs of Magnesium, 200i.u.s of Vitamin D and 4mgs of Zinc. So, as long as it meets or exceeds what is in the tablet the doctor recommended, then yes, it is fine to use it, instead. Are there any comments or questions?

I have taken a capsule power M-150 for the nerve of my leg is pinching and it was taken from medplus shop at culture more, nimta, kolkata-700049 18 months ago. The dose was twice a day and the price was Rs.150/- per strip of 10 caps. It was taken with calcium tab shelcal and prescribed by Dr. T.K.Das (neuro surgeon). Now, I have misplaced the prescription and unable to take the medicine. I can recognize the name of the medicine if I get the full list of such medicine which is used for treatment of nerve pain.
