white oblong with imprint m357 and a line on other side ## Hydrocodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg. ## Hello, Just wanted to add a minor correction to the dosage strength listed in post #1. A white oblong pill marked M357 actually contains 5mg of Hydrocodone + "500mg" of Acetaminophen, made by Mallinckrodt. For verification, this particular tablet also carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0357. Having said that, I'm a little doubtful about whether this pill is still being made, considering that 325mgs of Acetaminophen is the new maximum dose that's allowed in prescriptions. white oblong m367 ## what is the use of this drug and how do you know what one is what one ## M 367 is Acetaminophen, Hydrocodone (which is generic Vicodin), a very strong pain killer. ## Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. would like to know how the pill look ## Hi tuffy, If you run a search on google images for "vicodin 5 500", you'll come across a number of photos that accurately depict the different shapes and colors that these particular pills come in. Most however, tend to be white and oblong shaped.
