The rash is most likely due to the Ilvitrim, it is a very well known side effect of this antibiotic, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and diarrhea. You should have the rash checked out, because if it's not an allergic rash, you can likely continue the medication and it will eventually go away on its own, in a few weeks. Does it itch?
