Can ibilex 500 be taken safely with a glass of wine? ## Generally, it is best to avoid alcohol during your course of treatment. I'm on my second dose of these tablets and I'm taking the capsules 4 times a day and it's making me drowsy. Hi. I have a huge open infected sebaceous cyst on my neck for which I was just given five days of Staphylex (4 a day). It’s still very big red and infected, so dr gave me IBILEX 500. The Staphylex made me nauseous and weak; do you think this one will do the same? I was hoping for Amoxil as it doesn’t give me bad reactions. To lessen my nausea symptoms, should I take IBILEX 500 with or without food, or before or after food?

My step mother started taking ibilex for an infection, 2 days later one side of her face became numb and slack, it looked liked she'd had a stroke. We took her to the hospital and they took her off ibilex and gave her steroids instead. She still has slight numbness and slackness to half her face a week later... do you know if this will go away in time? Ny name is Jane. I consider myself to be healthy. l have a skin infection from possibily a spider bite on my right wrist. Have been taking ibilex 500 for 3 days now. Have developed a rash on my lower right arm and left side of neck, both very itchy, and this morning, I have a swollen left eye. l still have 3 days of tablets to take. Can I use ibilex 500 as antibiotic for bee or wasp sting. Swallen foot ## Hi jimmy, It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the sting. An antibiotic probably won't work unless there is an infection. Have you tried applying calamine lotion or any antihistamine creams? If you're interested in a natural alternative, applying calendula cream to the stung area may be able to reduce swelling and itching. Hey im a young girl and ive recently been prescribed ibilex 500 (Cephalaxin) it is a 5 day course I am supposed to take 2000mg each day till its finished. I have just taken my first two tablets and I feel a little sick im severly allergic to penacillin. Is this drug associated with penacillin? Am I going to be allgood?
