Can I use Aspirin for my headache if I use this for the other pain! ## Hello, Fatima! How are you? Sorry about your headache. I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these medications, but you should double check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. Additionally, if you wait a little while, the narcotic may relieve your headache and you may not need to take anything else. Is there anything else I can help with?

I would like to know everyone's opinion of this medicine..? After taking the m367s...these are great... To me... ## They are manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, constipation, dry mouth, and dizziness. I am very glad that they are working for you. Has anyone else had a good experience with these tablets? ## I too have just gotten these from the VA Pharmacy in Orlando. They are terrible....

What does this pill look like? ## Hello, Kim! How are you? The Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen tablet from Vintage/Qualitest in the 5/325mg dosage is an oblong, white tablet with red/pinkish speckles that has a stylized V logo on one side and the numbers 3604 on the other. Learn more Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I take Qualitest 10/500 pink hydrocodone. My pharmacy has told me that Qualitest will no longer be making this. I have tried other 10/500 pills to no avail. Qualitest is the only manufacturer that works on my pain . Does Qualitest offer another size ? ## Hello, Ted! How are you doing? Actually, after the first of the year (2014), none of the manufacturers will be making this dosage, anymore. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can occur with long-term use of high amounts of Acetaminophen, as well as the overdose fatalities that have occurred with these medications, the FDA has requested that all combination prescription products be lowered to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. Is this product Gluten Free? Does the filler formula change depending on when it is manufactured? Is there a risk for cross contamination during the manufacturing of this product or at any other time before the patient fills a prescription? ## I have been allergic to gluten for 15 years now, and I have been taking it for the past 3 years, so I am assuming it is safe or I would have known it, by my throat and tongue swelling up. I don't know about a risk of cross contamination...but so far I have not had any problems. ## Based on my research, each Hydrocodone 5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg tablet (from Qualitest Pharmaceuticals) contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized ...

The Watson 853 hydrocodone 10-325 I got at Walgreens didn't kill my pain and made me sick! I need to know what is better quality. Is Mallinckordt m367 better than the manufacturer Par/ Endo? I don't live in an area that carries the yellow anymore, and I need pain relief that lasts all month and doesn't make me sick. Please if anyone knows o appreciate an answer. ## Watson does list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but they removed the dye from them, so they are white now, and no longer yellow. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Is this pill 5 mg or 10mg? And what does the 3604 stand for? ## Hello, Doc! How are you? The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....

I usually get the yellow V 36 01 when I fill my 10mg Norco. This time they gave me white V 36 09. ## Hi debra, The V 36 09 white pill is a new version made by Qualitest that only recently came out on the market; which is why information seems scarce at the moment. However other patients here have also confirmed this in the following discussion thread: Discuss/hydrocodone-yellowwith-v-on-one-and-3609-on-the-other-what-dose-208024.htm It reportedly contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Though I'm not sure if it's brand name Norco or generic. You could try contacting the manufacturer for more specific details if need be. I hope this helps! ## it is generic norco . made my hand swell, and I was very irritable . Horrible feeling

Is Lortab the brand name for Hydrocodone 7.5/325? Or is it Norco, Vicodin, or what? ## The one with 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen would be a generic for Norco, it's the only name brand that has that strength available. However, in most cases they are all just used interchangeable, as long as the medication contains those 2 active ingredients, so you may hear or see it being referred to as any one of the 3. Learn more Norco details here. Qualist manufacturer has a pill that states it to be a 5/325 the reads reads v 3604. To my knowledge I thought anything with the # 325 in it is usually a norco ## Hello, Reb! How are you? The V doesn't stand for what the tablet contains, that is just the manufacturers logo, so having a V on it does not make it Vicodin. The V stands for Vintage Pharmaceuticals, they were purchased by Qualitest several years ago and there are many pills with the V logo that don't contain narcotics of any type. Additionally, Norco is just a name brand for a certain combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone….while it was originally ones that just contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with several doses of the Hydrocodone, since it is available as a generic now, they are pretty much all just us...

How are you feeling? I'm very sorry that you're so miserable! The good news is that once is clears up, Shingles doesn't usually recur! Something topical might help a bit more, if used in conjunction with the pills. There are things available over the counter, such as Dermoplast and others that are sold for sunburn and such. I wanted to know if there was a difference between codeine and codone? And which is stronger the white round 2065v4 or the Orange oval 3605v? ## Hello, Murnda! How are you? It's actually Codeine and Hydrocodone, so yes, they are different, though both are narcotics. These tablets are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 2065 on it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Codeine is a rather weak opiate, so they Hydrocodone is much stronger. Along with being habit forming, their typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth. I have 2 pills that I want to take at the same time. One is the v3601 and the other is v2355. Is it harmful to mix the two? ## Hello, Shalynda! How are you? You shouldn't take both, unless your doctor has instructed you to do so. These are both made by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 3601 marking as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 2355 on it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. Thus, you could end up taking too much Acetaminophen, which risks fatal overdose toxicity, plus the Hydrocodone and Caffeine counteract each other, since the first is essentially a downer and the other a stimulant, so it could be a dangerous mix. So what exactly is the mg of this orange/pink/peach oval V 3605 pill? ## Hello, Malysa! How are you? The reason for the discrepancy is that these pills actually contain 2 active ingredients. Is the pink oblong Watson 502 stronger than the yellow Vicodin 3601 the 3601 actually give me energy and that's what I want ## Hello, Shorty! How are you? These pills aren't intended to be used for energy. That's actually why some people end up becoming addicted to them, because that type of side effect eventually wears off and the person has to keep taking more and more to get it back. Now, as to these tablets… The one with the WATSON 502 marking is no longer being manufactured. Watson listed it as containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. However, all doses for combination prescription products have now been lowered to containing no more than 325mgs of the Acetaminophen, per dose.
