I've been taking this for many years and have had tiredness, muscle tiredness, shortness of breath and my feet feel like lead. I'm taking 6.25mg nightly. I am a 60 year old male with high BP. I was taking Losar 50 mg ×2 and metoprolol XL 25mg × 2 but as my BP shot up to 160/90 with heaviness in my head and neck, the doctor changed the medicines and introduced Temsan-H in the morning and metoprolol XL 25mg in the evening since the last 3 days.
