i have finished my pack of pills for a weak now, but still i dont have my period.... I used a PT after 4 days of finishing off my last pill and its negative..what could be the problem? Am i possibly pregnant? Should i start a new pack of lady pills? ## Did you miss any pills, at all? If not, then the chances of your being pregnant are not very high. For most birth control pills, it only takes 7 days of taking them continuously for them to protect you against pregnancy. However, these are hormonal based contraceptives, so they can, sometimes, cause you to skip your period. You should start your new pill pack on the same day that you normally would. There is actually no harm in missing your time of the month, many women use birth control to do it on purpose, when it would be inconvenient ... ...

i started taking pill on 31st then i had my period on 3rd of the month then i continue taking them.. im now on my 7th pill.. is it safe? ## Hi, sdhisan! I'm sorry, but I'm not completely sure I understand what you want to ask. However, I'll cover some information about it and if I don't answer your question, please let me know. :-) These are oral contraceptives used to prevent pregnancy and sometimes to regulate the menstrual cycle, they contain synthetic hormones. So yes, it can be normal to experience your period at an unusual time for the first 3 months or so that you are on them, as your body gets used to the medication. It may come earlier or later than normal, you may have breakthrough bleeding or you may skip a cycle. And if you start them at any other point in yo... ...

Im using lady pill for almost 6 months and i really gain weight. I want to switch to althea. How will i start?lady has 28 tablets while althea only 21. ## Hello, Shane! How are you? Just do a smooth switch, unless your doctor has instructed otherwise. You'd just start the Althea tablets on the same day that you'd start a new pack of the Lady pills, then the week of your period, you just don't take any. Wat is the use of 7 white tab in lady pills?is it possible to get pregnant if you dont take the the white pills? ## Hello, Aeriah! How are you? They are placebo tablets, they have no active ingredients, they are actually just used to try to help keep women in the habit of taking a pill each day, that way they don't forget to start the new pack as they should, because missing any active tablets increases the risk of pregnancy. And that also provides the answer to your second question, no missing any of the inactive tablets doesn't create a risk of getting pregnant. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

What is the difference between Trust pills and Lady Pills? please answer thanks. ## Hello, Nic! How are you? The dosage of the hormones in them is different, so one or the other may not be appropriate for every woman. They are both equally effective, but some women do better on a lower dose and some require a higher dose, it really depends on their reaction to them and the side effects they experience, if any. Which one has your doctor suggested for you? ## I didn't consult my doctor. ...
