Can I take suboxone I waited 15 hrs and I feel like crap ive been on H about a half g to a g a day ## Hello, James! How are you? You need to follow your doctor's instructions and only take it, when you are in full withdrawal. Taking it too soon could cause you to go into dangerous precipitated withdrawals. The FDA classifies Suboxone as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have been on h for years well now I'm addicted to the h that has fentynl in it an I just got suboxane prescribed to me I'm trying to get off this crap but I have actually been thrown into really horri...

In a nuteshell: I have anxiety(looking at it now I feel like I have social anxiety), high blood pressure and a.d.d Iv been taking Propranolol(for high blood pressure) and Paxil for anxiety, and adderall for my a.d.d, iv been taking these for around 3 years I felt great but only for a year...For the past 2 years now iv been feeling really depressed and anxious, honestly I felt a lot better when I wasn't on all of this crap, just the stress of school and everything has made pills the only option for me. So in the last 2 months I decided to come off everything, I went from taking 15mg of Paxil to 5mg, and adderall 30mg I'm taking twice a week, now the propanol 60mg long acting, I remember I tried to get off it cold turkey, but I really felt anxious/nervous and felt like my heart wa...

Hi all. I was prescribed opiates for 2 years. Taking 5-7 30mg pill a day. I would take about 15mg every 2 hours and sometimes I would take a 30mg. I went to see a doctor about 4 months back and she prescribed me Zubsolv. Two 5.7 a day. I was on it for 2 weeks and got extremely depressed and switched back to the blue opiates. 4 months later, im trying to stop this horrible addiction and started taking my left over Zubsolvs. This is my 3rd day. Ive been taking 1/2 in the AM and another 1/2 in the PM and feel fine with some minor depression but OK. My questions is how long should I take this for? I don't want to get hooked on these and I know Zubsolv withdrawals are much worse the opiate withdrawals. My doctor wanted me on them for a few months and I said no and stopped going. My plan ...

Hi iv been taking 15mg phentermine once a day for 9 days and have been on a 850 kals a day and walk 2 miles a day and I haven't lost anything should I ask my doctor 30mg or dose it take longer to work ## Hi Molly, In my honest opinion, 850 calories a day seems very low for any individual trying to exercise for weight loss. If you're not eating much, your metabolism can also put your body into "starvation mode" and begin to store and hold onto fats or what little bit you are eating, as an act of survival. If you really want to rev up your metabolism a bit more, I'd suggest eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours as a way of encouraging your body to keep burning food as fuel and not storing it. As far as how long phentermine takes to work, it really varies from one person...

I went to 13 pharmacies in La to fill my prescription and every pharmacy told me they were back ordered and a couple told me they dont carry it because they have been robbed. Ive never had trouble filling it where I live in the Bay Area but I'm down here for the month. I will run out of medicine tomorrow, does anyone know regular pharmacies anywhere near la who usually stock this. ## Have you tried any local hospitals? Many of them have their own affiliated pharmacies, to fill prescriptions for their discharged patients and they are usually also open to the public. Most of them carry a very large range of medications, to accommodate such prescriptions, so you may have better luck there. However, you will have to actually go into the pharmacy, with your prescription in hand, so they ...

Im on Methadone MMT and get 150mg of the cherry liquid methadone, i get weekly takehomes also...Ive been at that clinic for over 2 years now and at this dose for a couple of months(150mg) Anyways yesterday morning as i was opening up my bottle too down the liquid..it dropped out of my hands and all went into the sink..The entire freaking dose..gone! Ive taken small doses of opiods before, and one 15mg abg, but not on a regular basis. I was just wondering how long tye effects will last, amd when it is safe to drink. And what are warning signs I should look out for? I think im going to be ok though. ## IThe drug is morphine sulfate extended-release, generic for MS Contin 15 mg tablets. It is odd you would be prescribed an extended-release medication if you are only taking it occasionally. MS Contin (and its generics) are used for people requiring continuous pain relief and is taken every 12 hrs. MS Contin Extended Release lasts 12 hrs so that xx mg does of morphine is being slowly released rather than the full dose working immediately (but lasting only 4-6 hrs). MS Contin is NOT intended to be taken as needed so it may be a large enou...

I am on both of these meds do to severe medical issues. I take 40 Mg of opana 4 x daily and 30 Mg of oxycodone 5 x daily as well as Nortriptyline 150 Mg twice daily and neurontin 600 Mg 3 x daily. Needless to say a few different stomach medication due to chronic nausea. Oh and also phenergan pills and injectable. My question is has anyone found anything other than multiple medications to relieve severe chronic pain. ## I also have severe medical problems and nothing works. For two years was on 3Mg iv dilaudid every three hours and 120 percocet 10/325 every month. Zofran for nausea. Overdosed a couple months ago (imagine that) and been dropped four 5/325 percocet a day and now in constant pain... Not sure how to adjust. ## Have either of you ever tried the Fentanyl patch? Hi, Started cubicin 35 days ago, and about 12-15 days ago I noticed when first getting up it was extremely difficult to walk and has been since. I didn't give it much thought until I was question during my weekly home delivery order about muscle pain. Light bulb went off... From what I've read and heard, this is in fact a side effect, listed under mild... I'm taking cubicin for discitis and osteo..... (Both bone and tissue/muscle infection)very painful.... I caught an infection, we believe, from the implant of a spinal cord stimulator. I've had many procedures and three major operations in a short period of time so we aren't sure what exactly caused the infection. Im want to kick my opiate addiction! I want to know how much suboxone will i need to take a day? Does it really work? How much does it cost?...etc... Ive been taking opiates for 10 years but only everyday for the past 4 years. I take 100mg-150mg of morphine or 20-30mg of methadone a day. I tried to quit cold turkey by slowly weaning myself down for about 2 weeks to nothing. What a mistake that was, even after 7 days of not taking anything i was just as sick as i was on day 1. I thought about getting on the methadone clinic but its too much of a hassle for me. I also dont want anyone to know about my addition, kinda hard to do when you need to go to the clinic everyday. I heard suboxone is expensive is it really worth it? I can live without being "high" but i cannot live threw th...

ANOTHER WORD FOR THIS IS STADOL IT WAS GIVIN TO ME BY IV PRN EVERY 15 MINUTS AS NEEDED FOR PAIN ONCE IN ACTIVE LABOR? ## Yes Butorphanol is a synthetic opioid pain reliever. Butorphanol is a synthetic opioid agonist-antagonist analgesic with a pharmacological and therapeutic profile that has been well established since its launch as a parenteral formulation in 1978. The introduction of a transnasal formulation of butorphanol represents a new and noninvasive presentation of an analgesic for moderate to severe pain. This route of administration bypasses the gastrointestinal tract, and this is an advantage for a drug such as butorphanol that undergoes significant first-pass metabolism after oral administration. The onset of action and systemic bioavailability of butorphanol following trans...

Which one only has one blocker and which has two blockers (Subutex / Suboxone)? ## @big k, You might be thinking of Subutex, which only has one blocker (Buprenorphine). But just to confirm, a white round pill imprinted with 155 on one side and half moon on the other, is identified as generic "Suboxone"; containing Buprenorphine hydrochloride 8 mg (base) + Naloxone hydrochloride 2 mg (base). I hope this helps answer your question! ## Subutex doesn't have a blocker whatsoever. Buprenorphine is an opiate. Subutex is 100% buprenorphine. Suboxone which has 1 blocker in it. And that blocker is naloxalone. They don't make subutex or suboxone with 2 blockers. Ive been on suboxone for over 2 years. ## David (# 1) - All you had to do was Google buprenorphine and you'll underst...

How are you? Well, there are higher doses of both of these medications available. Additionally, there is a time released formulation of Oxycodone available, it's called Oxycontin and is stronger than the Morphine in the MS contin. Learn more Oxycontin details here. There is also a patch that contains Fentanyl, it is stronger than both the Morphine and the Oxycodone. Learn more Fentanyl details here. ive been working to reduce my daily methadone dosage for a year now, as I've been on maintenance. I'm down from 55 mg daily to only 15mg at this point and soon enough will be free of its clutches. I've been maintaining a clean lifestyle and I don't need a lecture on addiction. My question is--can Belviq be taken with Methadone? My doctor says it completely negates any opiate based or nRcotic pain medications in the brain. Last thing I need is to be thrown into sudden horrible withdrawals. For those of you unfamiliar with the methadone maintenance treatment, you must taper from it verrrrry slowly because it has a half life in the brain of up to three days. So does anyone have advice on HOW this medication works with opiate type pain medications like Vicodin, Norco, Oxycod...
