I took 3 . 35 mgs morphine pills , i got a severe head ache and felt like if I was going to burn up inside. Did I took too much ? ## Hello, Chuck! How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects? Why did you take so many? And what dosage was it, there is no 35 or .35mg Morphine tablets. But if you aren't tolerant to it, taking multiple pills could definitely risk an overdose, the signs for that would be extreme sedation, dizziness, extreme drowsiness and shallow breathing.

My Dr prescribed opana er 10 mg for pain. I was prescribed morphine sulfate er 60 mg and at one time was prescribed as much as 130 mg before i had surgery(gastric bypass which took a lot of pressure off of my back) and allowed me to lower my dosage. But since I've changed to Opana Er its just not enough for the pain. I don't sleep and if I do doze of I wake up from the pain. My best friend is in stage 4 liver cancer. The doctor has her on 125 ml of morphine. She has a patch containing morphine and pills with morphine. She doesn't say much about her pain. Hi all, I need some help. I was taking 2 - 5mg percs a day for my fibromyalgia, unfortunately I have now developed two tumours and a cyst on my hip which cause excruciating pain. My doctor tried me on a gamut of anti-inflammatories but due to my colitis those were not tolerated, she also tried a couple other pain meds, those and the 5mg percs were not cutting through the pain. Almost like going through early withdrawal symptoms, for example, morphine usually paralyzes intestinal movement and causes constipation. I am having cramping and looser stools. Morphine and Hydrocodone actually convert on a 1 to 1 ratio, so to equal 60mgs of Morphine, you'd need 60mgs of Hydrocodone. However, you can't take that many, due to the Acetaminophen in them. I have been taking 60mg of Morphine daily for a year. This past week I took 3-4 8mg Dilaudids daily. Last night I went back to 60 mg Morphine. This morning I took 6mg of Suboxone and was in withdrawal 20 minutes later. I had to take a 1 mg Xanax and fell asleep. I am worried about tomorrow. I have no more Subs but I do have a 60mg Morphine. I am switching from suboxone 8mg/2ng strips 2 times daily. I gate the sub. I am switching to methadone tomorrow. I have not taken sub since last night at approx. 8:00 p m. How much morphine will i need to keep from being sick until tomorrow. I start methadone tomorrow. I am 60 yrs young. ## You would be fine overnight.
