How many mgs is M363 hydrocodone. I just had knee surgery may 3rd.I had Hydromorphone and ran out and because of the slow healing process that i am experencing,My Doc gave me hydrocodone 5/325's.He said to take 1-2 every for pain,but it doesn't seem to be working.Should I wait a while longer to see if it does.I DON'T want to take very high does of acedaminophin because of liver damage. ## You can take Ibprofin with this. ## You are correct to worry about taking too much of the Acetaminophen, not only does it risk liver damage, but it can be toxic if you take too much of it in a day. I take hydrocodine 10 mg for break thru pain along with morphine 60mg.I had some of my morphine pills stolen and i am afraid to report it cause i believe it was a family member..how many hydrocodone 10mg can i take to equal 60 mg if morphine...please answer as i am running out of my morphine. ## Morphine and Hydrocodone are basically equivalent in strength, so 60mgs of one would equal 60mgs of the other. m357 capsule ## M 357 is 5 mg Hydrocodone + 500 mg Acetaminophen. Manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. It's a narcotic pain reliever generic for Vicodin. ## Roy is correct. I would like to post a warning though that this pharmaceutical company does not always have good quality control so their meds are not always reliable. Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen comes in 3 strengths, Hydrocodone 10/Acetaminophen 325, Hydrocodone 7.5/Acetaminophen 325 and Hydrocodone 5/Acetaminophen 325. ## @Rest, I've never heard of anyone taking 500mgs of Hydrocodone, except throughout the duration of an entire monthly or bi-weekly script (i.e. if you took two 7.5mg tablets [15mg] a day for 33 days, you'd be at 495 mgs)... but for the sake of answering the question at hand, if you were to simply divide 500mg by 1.5mg, it would come out to roughly 333 1.5mg doses - Something that would have to require a patient to divide their 5mg pills into 1/...

Why can my DR. not prescribe the HYdrocodone apap 10/660 .reason being i was on it for about 7 years with no side affects and could stop taking it anytime with no problems. The narco 10/325 i have to take twice as many to git the same results, and have constipation problems. ## In Jan 2014, the FDA required manufactuers to limit the amount of tylenol in prescription meds to no more than 325 mgs. I have been taking norco 10/325 yellow oval pill for a few years but yesterday what I got was different they were white oblong pills which says hyd/apap 10/325 mg tab amnea on it and the numbers on the tablet are G 037. Are they the same? Rescheduling hydrocodone/APAP combos to CII seems to have mixed results. I believe that it was the ignorance of the use of liver damage with exceeding 4,000.mg of acetaminophen and not necessarily the abuse opioid factors.
