I took a quarter of a 10 mg Lortab one day ago, will I be okay for a drug test tomorrow? ## Hi drob, I don't know what type of drug test you're going to be taking, but Lortab (Hydrocodone) can usually take up to 3-4 days to be out of your system for a urine test. In my opinion though, based on the amount taken, you should be fine within that 48 hours. I have also heard of other patients getting this drug out of their system in only 2 days time and they reportedly took more than you did. So I think the odds are certainly in your favor to pass. I am seeing a pain clinic. And I have an appointment on the 28th.I 5/500mg Lortabs each month to a month and a half. I lost my pills all 60 of them and have been going through a friend who takes 10/325 mg and another who takes 7.5 mg. I'm here looking for this answer like everybody else... Well I purchased a 5 day detox from a local smoke shop.. I'm into the mid-day of day 3 and also purchased a 5-panel drug test and passed on all 5!! I have to see my probation officer tomorrow morning at 8:00am and its 5:20pm so I'm good to go:-) so to answer any question I turned that 5 day detox into a 3day detox by drinking a bottle and a half each day..
