Now do you take the tablet before meals or after meals. I am a diabetic and allergic to salt. my doctor said they cannot operate, as he cannot fix my hernia. It is to deep. ## It should be taken with a meal, basically just as you are sitting down to eat, that way it has the time to start working, when you are digesting your food. This medication contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, it helps reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, and flatulence. Is there anything else I can help with?

i m taking Flagyl 400 since march 2011 for treatment of Antebacterial infection , i had taken 4 courses of 7 days , for one month or so i m ok , but again the problem starts , how much courses of flagyl are required for complete relief ## What type of infection is it? It really shouldn't require that many courses of any antibiotic to clear up the problem. Have you and your doctor discussed the possibility of your using a different antibiotic? I think that this one just isn't working for you. You can learn about other options here: ## my wife has severe nausea and vomitting using this drug with binoclar 500 and omez 20 mg. im concerned. help. ## I have yeast infection an I have use every thing possible to get rid of it but it contiune to happen plz help me to get rid of it ## Wha...

I'm a chronic pain pt. I was on 16 mg of sub for pain for 2 straight years. It completely stopped working, when in the beginning it worked "good enough" now, my dr is a pain specialist and suboxone dr. He put me on a fentynal patch 25 mcg told me to take my last dose of sub and put patch on at same time because sub should b mostly out of my system within 12 hrs. I had no problem switching but a little wd from the sub. It is only day 4....dr said 40% of your opiod receptors r still open on sub!!! It only fills 60% of them. Still, enough to block most opiates, except very high doses. Now, I am just starting to feel the fentynal on day 4. But am still in moderate/sometimes severe pain. Anyone with a similar experience???? ## Hi Painpatient38, I haven't personally had an exp...

I recently had my second back surgery, a double fusion. I was on fentanyl for months and did fine but the patches never stook so I asked to switch. Doc put me on Opana ER twice/day then doubled to 40 mg twice with Perocet 10 every 6-8 hrs for breakthrough pain. He then lowered the Oxy to just three times a day. Haven't seen but realized they rescheduled my appt and I'd be out on Friday (tomorrow) and I don't see until Mon. I asked if I could get enough to hold me over and thru said after like four calls and no reply to just stretch it. I'm freaking out bc I have 6 Oxy left, I took more than three a day (told them wasn't working) and have cut the two 40s I had (I took a couple extra at the start of the month before I filled my Oxy) into pieces. I've been stretchin...

I was on Opana 40 2 x daily plus 10 mg of oxymorphone hcl every 6 hrs. Since the recent changes, I have been switched to Arymo 60 2x daily and still take the 10 mg oxymorphone every 6 hrs. The Arymo does not seem to be working well. Is there something else that I can ask for that will help with the pain? I too am awake most of the night tossing and turning due to pain. The 10 of the oxymorphone does not seem to have the same effect that it used to when I first started taking it. I've been on these meds for approx. 5 years steady. Does the body just start to become immune to some meds? ## Arymo ER contains a time released form of Morphine, which is an opiate analgesic. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness,...

For the last 18 months I have seen a Pain Management Dr. in Pittsburgh Pa. I really like him. When I first started seeing him, I was on Methadone 30mg 3x a day. But had been on it for the last 6 yrs, so it really wasn't working all that great. In Sept. he put me on Opana 40mg 2 x a day. And it kind of helped. But when they changed its composition, it started to make me throw up. So, my Dr. put me on Morphine Sulfate 60mg 2 x a day. At first it caused severe vomiting. So I called him up, and told the nurse, and told her also that I dumped the bottle down the toilet, because I thought, this stuff, is nasty. He refused to write me a different script, and told me to come in as soon as I could get an appointment. Well, a week had gone by, and I was fishing around in my purse for some Neu...

Good Morning, I was on Cipramil for many years then hit very hard financial times so had no option but to change to Cilift (40mg/day). I cant say I have been particularly emotionally stable but I am going through dreadfully difficult financial issues so I don't know if the Cilift is just battling to work or if it is not working at all. I have now had to resort to going to our provincial hospital for my meds and they don't have Cilift, the only SSRI they have is Nuzak which has now been given to me (40mg/day). The Dr did not say anything about a change over period. So my question is this: do I stop the cilift one day and start the Nuzak the next? Will there be withdrawals from the cilift? I have been having dreadful panic attacks which I take Alzam for. Will the Nuzak stop them? ...

im a carpenter in ny, I was going to a methadone clinic, but unfortunately I work from 5am-5pm daily, and that's when there open. I need an alternative way to get methadone. It was working, nothing else really works for me. Maybe someone knows a way, or dr. Im located in Hackensack nj, but work in the city. I do have back problems, I don't know if that would help? I know dr's will prescribe it for pain, rather than addiction? I was on 40mg a day and I was fine, when I stopped, started using H again. please help if you can. ## Hello, Michael! How are you? I'm sorry, but with the addiction clinic listed in your medical records, no doctor is going to be able to prescribe it for you. It is against the law for them to do so, even if they wanted to prescribe it for pain, they ...

I am wondering if the new pain management patch Fentanyl 100 mc I've started would interact with Ritalin 40 mg day I'm given for severe weakness due to my old and misdiagnosed CIDP - I was looking for a better pain relief option, (OxyContin 80OP 3 day would "poop out" after 3 years), so this patch appears to be working (fingers crossed), but after reading many horrid stories of OD upon misusing, I was afraid now of my Ritalin intake along with the patch - I couldn't find any warning posted against it. Anyone knows anything? Please? Thank you, friends! ## Hello, kSasha, how are you? The issue here is that the Fentanyl causes sedation, since it's a narcotic and the Ritalin increases alertness. It's not that they can't be taken together, but there may some o...

Ive read a lot of men are having trouble with there libido or ED on this med I am currently on 10 mg twice a day last month & I find the opposite to be true. Because of other meds ( High BP Cholesterol Bypass surgery ) and Wellbutrin being in my late 50's My libido was gone for about 2 years ago I started with Testosterone shots monthly then daily underarm which helped because my numbers were very low but didnt quite make it all the way spotty but better. Now after taking Adderall its constant and back to above normal like I was 40 again. And its working as far as my ADHD as well fantastic . My only downside is occasional crashes and some sleeplessness any one have the same experience ? Ive read it can go either way but usually the opposite of what i am experiencing Ive also onl...

I have been taking Viibryd for almost two weeks. I am on the 20mg dose in the starter pack working up to 40mg. My psych switched me to it from Zoloft due to extreme blunted affect and complete loss of libido and inability to climax. I am being treated for PTSD and postpartum depression. I am very nauseous. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to ease the nausea. ## Are you taking it with or without food? That may be the root of the problem and if you're doing it one way, it may be a good idea to try it the opposite way. Learn more Viibryd details here. Otherwise, I'd suggest consulting your doctor to see what would be safe for you to use. Its difficult for anyone to make any suggestions, without knowing your full medical history. Another question, are you taking it wi...

So I have been taking 20 mg instant release Adderall for years and I cannot seem to find one that is consistently working for me. The pink ones I was recently taking seem to work great but now have almost completely quit working for me. Any suggestions as to which generic is the best? ## Unfortunately, Adderall is not a good medication as its effectiveness is affected by several things including the food we eat, the timing of food, stomach environment, our psychosocial state etc. Consider talking to your doctor about trying a different stimulant such as Vyvanse which may be a better option. ## Hey Tracy, I also have been taking 20mg Adderall IR twice daily for over 3 years. Before that, it was several years of 70mg Vyvanse. I started out with the Sandoz/Eon peach 401's as my first s...

I have hypothyroid and I've been taking levothyroxine for more than 5 years and I started liothyronine 25 mcg a week ago. I was hoping to feel all good by now but it hasn't happen. I'm 40 years old male. I'm tired of being tired, I can't focus on this like a normal person and feel very overwhelmed about this. It's been more than a year feel very tired, anxious, feel like my brain works only 25%. Does anyone have an advice, suggestion, or had any experience with this medications and how long would it take to feel better? ## @RHYH, Sorry to hear about your situation. I for one think the medication should've been working by now if it was ever going to. 5 years is a very long time to wait for any kind of results in my opinion.
