I am on sintrom,half of a 4mg. tablet per day. The control at Mojon in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, gave me a return date for my INR of 6th,August, even though I told them I would be in England seeing my children. My INR is 2.1. They said I should go to a Clinic there, even though I am a resident here, and do not have a doctor in UK. I will be in East Grimstead, then Oxford,and Ketering.

Im in need of seriouse help and guidance been seeing drs and people left and right currently doing shots in my back they do nothing im looking for some relief preffably narcotics they do work for me i have 4 bulgding disc bone on bone disc degeneration and much more in my back im in hell please help me with a dr or what i need to do to get the right type of help im in nyc area and live in staten island ty ## Have you already undergone surgery for this type of condition? I know someone who also has degenerative disc disease in the cervical region of their neck and in which case they had to be referred to a spinal surgeon as well as a neurologist. Ive recently been getting my Savella from my Insurance. Now, their saying I can't get it for free anymore. I'm currently taking 100mg of oxycodoe a day (20mg via percocet and 80mg via oxycontin) as well as 200mg daily of tramadol. I'm taking these as prescribed for chronic pain. My concern is, that after almost 2 years of being on these pain meds with the dosage increasing as my tolerance builds over time, if the Dr's are able to fix what is causing my pain, are there meds that will help ween me off the oxy? I'm terrified of the withdrawls. My second concern is, if they can't fix what is wrong, are there alternative meds for the pain? I can't imagine increasing the doses forever. I am a 42 year old male that weighs 220 pounds!I want to know if i can take two Lodrane 24D capsules at the same time before bed? ## The usual dosage for Adults is 1 Capsule every 4-6 hours, and to not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period. If it says you can't take more than 4 capsules within a 24hr period, then in my opinion, taking two capsules at once wouldn't be much different (based on relative dosing and the time gap in between). For your own safety I wouldn't recommend ignoring those dosing guidelines, because these medications can affect everyone differently. Have you tried any other allergy medications that might be more effective with a single dose?

But from what I've researched, most cases/symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids) are mild and can come and go on their own after a few days. It just doesn't seem right that your dad would throw you out of the house for a medical condition you have, let alone something that may disappear the next day. How long have you been noticing symptoms for? And have you sought out any treatment options?
