I've visited the clinic today and they gave me vari-hydrocortisone cream now i'm not sure if am i using it on the right thing or not because i also have some red thing like an allergy growing on my face and my vagina is itchy and burns when i'm urinating

This isn't usually used on the face, because there is a chance it could cause some skin damage that would be permanent and very noticeable on the face.

What did they say was causing the vaginal symptoms?
