Half Yellow White Capsule Pain Pill

I have a capsule shaped pill that is half white and half either a light yellow color of a beige color, all it says is 8 HOUR on the white side...anyone know what it is, iam guessing it is some sort of pain pill since it was left at my place and that is what some of my friends do

I just found four of these pills hidden in my childs room. He says it is for allergies and his friend left them. It is a little yellow and white capsule with 041 on the white half and ethex on the yellow half. Can someone please help me quickly and tell me what it is. Regular pill shaped (similar to a thickened oval). Has defined cuts on the sides, it is NOT fully rounded. The bottom half is all white. The top half is light yellow and has 511 printed into it. If anyone could tell me what pill they think this is, or what that 511 means it would be a huge help. the capsule is half yellow half pink with no markings and is filled with a white powder ## but if no markings on them what are they for only i was given two by a friend because i have severe pain with my wisom tooth and im very careful with meds i was told there a strong painkiller and only take at night plz can you help

Pain killer, for maximum effect take with 500mg Acetaminophen. ## The Acetaminophen has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the Oxycodone. It is only added into some of the pills so you have an added anti-inflammatory. ## That is not entirely correct, Acetaminophen is an anti-inflammatory as well as anti-pyretic among other things but it is also a stand alone pain reliever and is well established as a potentiator of nearly all opiates.
