I have been told that Korean Ginseng and Ginkgo are both good for Erectile Dysfunction. I cannot find a proper dosage listed on any sites. I would appreciate any information I can get and any other recommended herbal or natural remedy for erectile Dysfunction. I am always in the mood but my body part only gets 40 to 50 percent erect. Is this medicine available from the internet? ## I checked on the manufacturer's site mankindpharma.com and they list the HEALTH-OK tablets as a Ginseng, Multivitamin, Multimineral & Amino Acid Supplement. All of these ingredients are over the counter so this or similar products should be readily available online. What are the bwnwfits of this vitamins? ## Supranutrol Prime is listed as containing Ginseng, so it is just a nutritional supplement, not even a complete daily vitamin. An alternative would be anything that also contains Ginseng as the active ingredient in a comparable dosage.
