I found an off white gel pill that has p50 on it and the pill is oval ## It seems these gel pills with the P50 marking are an over the counter sleep aid that contains 5omgs of Diphenhydramine, the same ingredient in Benadryl or Unisom. It can be used to treat allergies, but does cause drowsiness as a side effect. Is there anything else I can help you with?

red gel oval pill otc says tec... generic brand stool softner? ## I can't find a listing for this, which makes sense, as an over the counter product, they are not required to log the markings, as is done with all prescription tablets. Do you have any other information on it? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

This pilll is oval shaped with nothing on it ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. It is more than likely an over the counter product and there are many possibilities. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign drug. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Blue gell oblong pill with initials NPX ## Hello, Roxie! How are you? This is an over the counter medication that was sold by the Kroger Corporation at their various stores and they list it as containing 220mgs of Naproxen Sodium, so it is a generic or store brand of Aleve. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Found pills that are oval shaped that are marked with 136, they are bluish / green close to the same color as Nyquil, maybe a little lighter. lettering is white printed on one side only. No other markings, does anyone know what they may be? Thanks for any help at all. ## Given this description, I am inclined to suspect that they are something that's available over the counter. That would also explain why I've been unable to find it listed in any databases. Does anyone recognize these? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. There are some 200mg Ibuprofen liquid gels available as generics for Advil or Motrin, so this might be one of those. little gel blue pill, hard liquid, but still a gel pill, what is it? with A99 on one side. ## This is an over the counter sleep-aid that contains 50mgs of Diphenhydramine. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness. Learn more: Are there any questions or comments? ## WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THIS DRUG IS MIXED WITH ALCOHOL? Any other dangerous side effects? Thanks ## @Very concerned You die. ## I take this with Alcohol once or twice a week. You don't die. Diphenhydramine is Benadryl. It is used as a sleep aid as well, and Alcohol will amplify the effects of it. While taking the recommended dose (25-50mg), you'll just get buzzed quicker and fall asleep faster. ## It's not good for your liver to drink on them

What is an oblong black pill with nothing written on it? No markings, just the seams where it looks to be sealed. It has what looks like brown liquid/mushy stuff inside, is about an inch long and half a centimeter wide. ## @sherry, May I ask whereabouts you found this pill? I did come across another post describing a black gel capsule with no markings to be some sort of Testosterone supplement, however they didn't open it up to confirm what was inside. Otherwise I have no clue, as it is impossible to ID any pill without an imprint unless you're able to have its contents analyzed by a lab. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint. Your pill is likely to be one of the following: diet, energy, herbal, vitamin. Otherwise it could be illicit or foreig...

Ok. I know that they are obviously safe to consume- BUT I put one open and not only is my mouth numb, it is on FIRE and nothing so far (15 min) is helping it subside.... Any ideas? Am I ok or did I burn my mouth? Like wtf!? Thank you. ## Mandy, The ib 200 orange gel pill you consumed is an ibuprofen used for pain relief. Before getting into the details I want to state that it is never advisable to administer medication in a way that is not instructed. Getting to the point, because our stomachs are acidic the capsules have a very strong base to ensure your stomach does not destroy the active ingredients in the medicine to perform their function. The base used in this gel pill has a "burning" sensation that should subside over time with no permanent damage. I very strongly advise ...

I went to see a doctor because i suspected i could have A.A.D.D. So the doc didnt give me ritalin or adderal, he instead gave me some Tan/light brown gel pill with no markings at all and when I cut inside, i found some oil and dark brown paste. I dont know what these are for, but i looked all over the web, ive had no luck. i just want to know what im taking is legit and not some placebo... ## You didn't ask him what they were? They weren't prescribed, or in a pharmacy labeled bottle? That is very odd and without any markings, it is going to be very difficult to determine what they contain. To be quite honest, all manufactured prescription products approved in the U.S. have to have imprints to enable their identification, so we can rule it out as being one of those. However, it c...

The pill I found is 2 in a pack and they are pretty big pills. They are gel, red, oval looking and say 512 on one side... You can tell it's some type of allergy or sinus medication that you can buy over the counter. ## Hi Angie, I located an oval orange colored gel (liquid-filled) pill marked with "512", that reportedly contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325mg) + Dextromethorphan (10mg) + Phenylephrine hydrochloride (5 mg), used for treating upper respiratory conditions such as colds, coughing and/or allergy symptoms. For verification, the pill itself is said to be manufactured by McKesson Drug Company and carries a National Drug Code of 70677-0011. It is a peach large oblong style pill. It's gel soft exterior with fluid inside. Very large pill it has no markings to identify it. I wondering if it is a vitamin type but not sure. ## If I had to guess I would say it's probably a vitamin of some sort. In general, medications tend to have specific letters or numbers inscribed on them. Could be anything from vitamin D gels to fish oil. I wish I could say something more definitive. Did it come in a specific packaging or container, or if not, where did you find it?
