Most prescription drug discount cards that I know of (such as this one - Rx Savings Card), can save you anywhere from 15-75% off the total cost of your Rx... but nothing entirely free. Patient assistance programs on the other hand, may pay for more of your medications up front if your income qualifies you for the assistance.
