What is a round yellow flat pill with "novo | 40" on one side and blank on the other? It was given to me for pain. ## Hi Chris, A 'D-shaped' light brown (may be perceived as yellow) pill marked with novo 40 is reportedly identified as famotidine 40 mg, made by Teva in Canada. For verification, the Drug Identification Number (DIN) is listed as 02022141. Famotidine is marketed for use in treating symptoms of GERD, stomach ulcers and heartburn, among other uses. If you think your pill may be different, I would probably recommend contacting Teva Canada directly just to get a second opinion since the shape or color may be changed by the manufacturer without any prior public announcement. Hope this helps! ## I found a yellow round pill with 40 on one side and novo on the other...

I can't find this pill anywhere in any database. What is this pill anyone know? It is small in size, probably 40mg. It is pink colored and round shaped. It has an imprint on only one side L141. Please help me with an answer. Thank you. ## I cannot find this listed anywhere, either. The probable reason for this is that most pills with the L followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. I've tried every resource that I can think of and am just not finding it. It had a line on one side and an s on the other side very small and orange ## Hi lulu, I haven't found a definitive match, but from what little bit I could gather there are reports suggesting that this particular pill may contain 40mgs of Famotidine (Durater), made by a company called Senosiain Labs in Mexico. If this is the case, it would help explain why references are so hard to come by on US search engines. Apparently they list it as being "peach" colored and not orange. It's also reported to be about a quarter of an inch in diameter; but maybe you could try contacting the manufacturer directly to see if they can verify this for you. More details (although in spanish) on this medication from Senosiain Labs can also be viewed here: senosiain.com.mx/assets/files/pdf/ex...

Small round pink pill with the letter P on one side. There are no other markings. ## There are a couple possible ID's for this pill, based on the description provided. Although there may be more, the one's I located are manufactured in the US. The first match is identified as Pepcid complete (calcium carbonate 800 mg + famotidine 10 mg + magnesium hydroxide 165 mg). The "P" imprint on this pill is clearly a P and not a B. The other possible match I found is the same pill except that it's a children's version with only 400mgs of calcium carbonate. I cannot locate a photo of this one though. There is one other round pink pill marked "B", that is identified as Children's benadryl allergy fastmel 19mg. It is manufacturered by Pfizer U.S. Pharmaceuticals G...
