has any one found some that were alot darker then the original light blue ones from the actual pharmacies? ## Hi Nathan, Could you tell me the imprints that are on the Watson pill you are inquiring about? There are many different blue Watson pills, so in order to answer your question as thoroughly as possible I will need some more information. Thanks!

Is there a over the counter med that looks like a yellow watson 10/325 norco? ## To my knowledge there aren't any OTC medications that look similar, as this particular yellow Norco pill is unique to Watson. If there's any pills that come remotely close, I'd imagine them to be Mucinex DM or Guaifenesin + pseudoephedrine tablets. Do you have any reason to believe you may have received a fake pill from someone? ## No, I want my girl friend off norcos.I think its all in her head.I want something that wont hurt her like a vitiman. After a couple of weeks tell her I switched them and prove its only in her head. Placebo effect. Thanks ## I will begin by stating that regardless of your intentions, it is morally, and legally wrong to willfully switch a persons medication especially th...

My cousin picked up her perscription of blue watsons oblong with 853 supposed to be 10s 10/325 hydrocodone or norco they are nothing ive ever seen i told her to take them back to the pharmacy its a discount pharmacy are they fake or real im nervous because she lives with me i do not want her getting sick or od ## If it was a legal prescription filled at a licensed pharmacy there is no chance of it being a fake. It's more than likely just a generic brand you may not have seen before. Hope this helps ease your mind. ## There is a white, oval tablet manufactured by Watson Laboratories which they list as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FSA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizzi...

I might have fake hydrocodone/acetaminophen pills. They r yellow n have the imprint watson 853. I need a way to find out if they are really counterfeit. Size? weight? Would be really helpful. When I took em I feel a little floaty but I think it's not the effect I should have gotten from taking 2 of em. I got them from my friend. What do u guys think? ## What effect are you expecting? Not all narcotics cause a high effect in everyone that takes them, it may happen with some and not others. And it's very dangerous to take any of them, if they haven't been prescribed for you by your doctor. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Beware of buying from this overseas pharmacy that is circulating in spam mail that purports to provide Vicodin ES. They ship from Pakistan, and the pills are fake Vicodin ES generics (with a watson 387 etched in). They aren't just benign fakes--they have some sort of upper in them, maybe some speed or viagra or something. Not a pleasant experience at all. ## Watson 387 SHOULD contain 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES, a narcotic analgesic. However, this is one of the hazards of ordering from foreign pharmacies that may not be approved to sell products in the US, there have been a lot of complaints about them recently. Does anyone else have experience with these particular tablets? ## I've exerienced te same problems..Just picked up a bat...

I have taken a lot of different pills and I never tasted a sweet one not really doing anything for me either I thought it was fake or something.I wish someone would inlightin me ## Watson 853 is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg). I need to know what fake ones look like ## Hi Merlinda, Fake pills can actually be pressed to look identical to the real thing. So going off a description alone isn't enough in my opinion. It's unfortunate that counterfeits have gotten this good at tricking the population. But having said that, I think the only way to truly protect yourself from fakes is make sure you fill your prescription at a licensed pharmacy. I hope you're able to find a caring doctor who can help provide what is needed.

A friend of mine received some white watson853's I took 3 and felt nothing. And I live in a very small town in thevery middle of the US . I guess what I'm saying is they got here in new the Boones fast! ## Unfortunately fake pills are continuously being dispersed all across the country and the scary part is that they're pressed to look identical to their real counterparts; potentially containing anything from poisonous substances and illicit drugs to other harmful inactive ingredients. However if you fill your prescription at a licensed pharmacy you shouldn't have to worry about a thing. Personally, I just don't think risking one's life for such a temporary fix is worth it and I truly hope those who really need this medication consult with their doctor for a safe...

I live in Scotland, answering to your concerns of dodgy fake Watson tubs, they do look proffessenally done lol. I tasted one and they are horrid. No Diazepam in them period. They taste exactly like the fake tensium from yrs ago, gritty and I don't have a taste to compare with other than fake tensium from way back. Honestly buddy they are rancid, if they were Watson they'd say Dan 562; if I got the numbers wrong I stand corrected lol. The price set alarm bells ringing with me instantly. My opinion is activist took over and the labels and bottles from old Watson tubs were stolen from factory, only opinion.

So recently I received a white Watson 853 that looks identical to the yellow ones; size, shape, imprint. Everything checks out except it does not feel as strong as the yellow. I was then told that Watson is not manufacturing yellow ones anymore so I checked the Watson/actavis website. They had no info on white 853. Are these fake? ## Hi Michael, Where a bouts did you get the pill from? If you didn't purchase it from an authorized seller, you could most definitely have a counterfeit. The only other thing I can think of, is that it may just be an old version that is no longer on the market. I believe Actavis pharmaceuticals now owns Watson pharmaceuticals so here is a link to the contact page of Actavis Pharma's website if you'd like to ask them about the pill you have: actavi...

I refilled my prescription from my PMD (pain mgmt. Dr.). I go every 2 months. No problems thus far. Been doing this for years now since my car accident. Have herniated discs..bulging discs..all the fun. This time was different though. Got the generic Watson 853 (as usual) but they do NOTHING for pain but make me feel like I'm on a a bad acid trip and incredibly sleepy. They AREN'T anything like I've been taking all these years. I usually take 1/2 pill in am and another half in afternoon. With this I'm able to function and go to work and I do not abuse these!s I'm in so much pain right now! Don't know what to do. Called Watson pharmaceutical co first and all they do is right up a report. Lawyers office (supposedly reputable but NOT) says they can't do anything...

My opinion is they are pressed on a s***ty pill press. I believe that cartels are using hydrocodone and making narcotic products. This explains the reason they seem weaker than the Norco. It's definitely an analgesic pain medicine, but with it being made on the black market they are a little weaker with less resources; the bootleggers use fake packing to give it a brand name look, similar to how the opium and coco is inconsistent.

I have a script of watson 10's with 853 on them, but they're crumbling in my hands.. Could these be fake or just old meds? ## Hello, Denise! How are you? Where were they obtained? If they are from a legitimate U.S. pharmacy, then there's likely nothing to worry about. Various things can affect the solidity of a pill, such as variations in the manufacturing process, storage conditions and age. However, if they are from an other source, then I would definitely say they are questionable. These tablets are listed as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Used to get soma through a doctor over the internet! Can't remember the website I used legally. So trying to find them again. I used to have script from my older dr since March. I recently got a rx refill of white watsons imprint 853 on them and a few people have told me these are bad quality! They said if they break easily and taste like chalk they are counterfeit!? They made my dad real sick! ## Yes got some in my script a few days ago break easily and doesn't desolve in water ## @Boo, Watson 853 is actually reported to be a legitimate medication made by Watson Pharmaceuticals (now known as Actavis). So as long as your doctor prescribed them I wouldn't necessarily question their legitimacy. The idea about them coming off as being fake is quite common though, ever since Actavis changed the formula from the original yellow version. They say that only the yellow dye was removed, but this clearly isn't the case when countless other patients have repor...
