I've searched all over Google and haven't found the answer to what this pill is. I found it on my friends floor. It's a white oblong pill with black letters on one side that say EX-IB. I'm on my second dose of these tablets and I'm taking the capsules 4 times a day and it's making me drowsy. I poot and poop a lot every day. Some days are worse. I always go 20 to 30 times a day. But some days are worse not only do I sometimes go up to 55 times a day I sometimes get explosive BMs all day. I can never go just once I have severe attacks making me go literally every one minute. It's kind of like I pull my pants up walk out the bathroom door then right back I go. What makes it worse is I always have to poot then immediately have to poop. Every poot makes me poop. But my poots are weird. I have a long loud regular sounding poot that turns into a wet churning sound. I always have noisy poop but some days it's like so loud it can be heard outside. Today I've had all explosive BMS. I have a white tablet. It may be an out of date entexpse, humibid la, sulfatrim800,or ibuprofen 800mg. Imprint in only on one side: RC SPE with a line in center. It is large and white, oblong in shape. I need to find out, I see that other people can't find it either - that is why I think it is something expired. ## It doesn't necessarily mean that it is expired, it could mean that it is something available over the counter and those aren't required to have their imprints logged with the FDA. Since I haven't been able to find any listings for this, I have to make the guess that it is probably something that's available over the counter. Does anyone recognize this tablet?

I took one tablet mid morning for a severe bladder infection. At lunch time I passed out briefly before vomiting. Dr switched me to a different antibiotic. So far, so good. ## Oh wow, Diana! Hi, I have a badly sprained ankle, and after 2 days my doctor has prescribed a course of Difene to take down the swelling & help with the pain. I know I can't take ibuprofen tablets (like Nurofen), but can I still use a ibuprofen 5% w/w gel overnight? Thanks Charlotte

My personal assumption is that it lost a good percentage of its potency by now, having been 5 years old. It may still be somewhat effective, but not nearly as potent. It's also impossible to give a direct answer to this question, since each medication can effect people differently.
