As anyone heard that Saffron capsules are used for weight loss? What natural vitamins are the best for energy and weight loss? I found this capsule in my mom's pocketbook. What is it? ## Pills or capsules with the ST marking, followed by a number, then additional numbers, are Stacker items, they are sold as weight loss and energy supplements in most convenience and drug stores. This one would be Stacker 2, it contains various supplements and herbs that they claim helps with weight loss and energy levels. I use to get energy using coconut oil capsules. My second bottle had a broken capsule in it and the oily inside got over the capsules in the bottle. Would this make it less effective? ## Hi Brenda, I enjoy using coconut oil for several purposes as well, including energy and various medicinal applications. Raw coconut oil is the best in my opinion since it still contains all the necessary enzymes and other beneficial factors... so as long as you're not cooking it over a certain temperature, the oil will maintain its nutritional and medicinal value whether you put it inside or outside of a capsule. The presence of a capsule should not determine the effectiveness/quality of the coconut oil. I hope this helps!

filled with orange powder...no markings on the outside of the capsule ## Sorry, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Do you have any suspicions as to what you think it could be (based on where you found it or whom you may have received it from)?

I found black capcels of my husbands when I opened it there was black powder inside I flushed powder down toilet and it became like a long piece of black string ## Hi mandie, Due to the nature of the capsule, I don't believe you have a prescription medication. In the U.S., all prescription medications are required to have an imprint for identification purposes. Unless your husband takes medication that you don't know of, this capsule is likely to be one of the following: diet, energy, herbal, vitamin. Otherwise it could be illicit or foreign. I had my thyroid and one parathyroid removed in December 2014 due to a multinodular goiter. Could these capsules help with my energy levels? I'm hoping so because I have a caffeine sensitivity. ## It is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, so it might help with energy, I know if I take mine too late in the day, I can't sleep, so I have to be careful. Many of the B vitamins are very well known to help with energy levels. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency. A friend of mine got a few phentermine capsules that are half blue and half white with k29 on it twice. I know from looking it up they're 37.5 mg phentermine. My question is when she took them it didn't feel the same as when she used to get the pills with blue specks. I'm worried my friend may have put some other kind of crushed meds in capsules. She said she still had no appetite at all, was a little sick to the stomach, and had a little energy, but nothing like the get up and go feeling she got from other kind.
