That would make it easier for someone to recommend a doctor for you, if they know of a good one in your area. This website is open to people worldwide, so if someone in Seattle knows of a great doctor, it's not going to be of much help to you, if you live in Rhode Island. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I Need help Getting off Norco pills and need a Dr in Tupelo MS. When transcribing how many pills a doctor prescribed (eg. 20 pills of aspirin), he says "number 20". Do I write out "number" or do I use the # symbol. ## Well seeing as how this is a federal felony, under DEA supervision, you'd probably want to reconsider writing yourself a prescription...duh. ## @Suzanne, I hope you end up making the right decision. Ash is right about there being many downfalls to forging a prescription. From what I've read, most states do considered it a felony if you write a fake prescription or if you try to modify one in any kind of way. I have depression,anxiety, social anxiety and extremely bad panic attacks. I have been on 90 1mg xanax A month for 15 years. I have tried pretty much every depression/anti-anxiety meds there are and none of them have helped expept the Xanax. This may sound strange and I'm not just saying this to get more Xanax! The xanax to me works for my anxiety, panic attacks (espicially) and oddly for depression. I run out at least one week before my script can be filled and when I run out I will stay in bed for days, never leave the house unless I have to. I don't know how to explain this to him without him thinking that I just want more meds for different reasons. I live in ga. Me and my husband have been going to pain management for several year but every few months dea shuts them down. I had testosterone inj's. at my Drs, office and the chart only lists a lot number. How can I find out if these inj's. were generic or brand name drugs? ## @BillyG, From what I could gather, lot numbers are issued by the manufacturer of the medication. Apparently each batch of whatever product these manufacturers make are assigned this unique set of numbers to help them monitor and keep track of certain drugs that require recalls, shipping orders, or other important measures. One article I read suggested that it be thought of as a medication's social security number in that sense. I think the only way to know for sure what you were given at the doctor's office that day would be to call in or ask during your next appointment. I hope this helps!

I am currently looking for a new pain Dr. In the orange county, Ca area. I am 28 yrs old but been on heavy pain meds for 10 yrs now due to several accidents, surgeries and reconstructions. Last Dr had me on 180 30mg Roxie a month, 360 methadone a month and 60-90 2mg Xanax. I need to find a new Dr ASAP who will have no issues writing that for me every 4 weeks minimum. I actually use to be on much stronger meds and trying to find a local Dr. In OC, Ca somewhere who will happily continue my pain management and not turn me away because of the amount or type of meds I need. Sure do appreciate a speedy response from anyone with a good referral. Looking for a dr who will prescribe a high number of 30s (at least 180), 2mg Xanax (90), 120mg daily methadone and hopefully 15mg Roxie as well (180.....

I've been seeing Reumatology Doctor for years. I have severe Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, an auto-immune disorder, herniated discs, (2). I have also had 2 left knee replacements since 48 years old. I am now 58. I am in severe pain a lot of the time. The doctor doesn't know where to go with me because I take 6 oxycodone (15) and 2 Morphine Sulfate long acting (30mg) a day. After week 4 starting on week 5, do I still take 4 pills a day for the 5th week onward? ## Yes, unless your doctor instructs otherwise. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, and insomnia. Is there anything else I can help with? Are you have good luck with it?

white cricle ## This is a generic form of something called Fiorinal, (the generic ingredients are butalbitol (a sedative), caffeine and aspirin). It is used for serious migraine headaches. It is a very common migraine medication. It is not a controlled substance; however, it can make you very very tired after the caffeine loses its effect. ## Butalbital is a member of the barbituate family, so it can be physically addicting ( 'habit forming').
