On day 4 of cold turkey Dilaudid withdrawals. Severe back pain sufferer. Was on 24mg/day for about 18 mos. Brutal. So tired I can barely move, add to that the back pain with limited muscle support and you start to get the picture. Worse symptoms have been diarrhea, insomnia, headaches, mental strangeness and I'm in too much of a general fog to remember what else. Only reason I've slept at all in the past 3 days is Temazepam. But at best an hour or two at a time. Not a natural narcotics lover. No pain, no drugs. Have Diaz and Temaz for a general insomnia problem anyway. Plus if you don't sleep and have a pain problem you're toast. To be completely honest, my doctor is a total F***ing A****le and a quack. I live in a rural area and there's no choices except this idiot ...
