I got uti and severe stomch pain and my gp prescribed me cyclopam tablets for pain and im 3 weeks pregnant.. can I use these tablets? Are there any side effects that can affect my baby? ## Is taking two cyclopam tablets in a day ok for severe cramps n lower back ache during periods

Can I take cyclopam for stomach and urinary pain? I am a kidney transplant patient ## I am aged 64. History of gastric problem from my youth period. Now no diabetic and B.P. problem. Sonogram and CT report reveals prostate enlarged 56 gms. Present problem .1. 2kg weight loss 2. Urgency to urinate 3. Major problem is left Lowe side abdominal pain. Pain is severe while sitting and lyin down right side. No pain while lying down left side, I feel normal. Also suffering irtable bowel. No medicine so far heal me. Can i take CYCLOPAM? i took i tablet colopam last weak but I have GERD problem so I often vomiting ## This medications is most commonly used to treat GI issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome. Nausea and vomiting can be side effects of it, according to the U.S. FDA. You may also experience dizziness and blurred vision. It will not do anything to help with GERD. You need some type of antacid for that. I have occasional left side lower abdominal pain which continues to scrotum and left leg. Doctor precribed cyclopam and normaxin. I have the history of stone earlier and cured by taking some medicine. My SGPT (ALT) is 52.4. Uric acid 7.3m/dl. Total Cholesterol 237.1mg/dl. Taking udiliv 150mg and febutaz 40mg. Still I feel discomfort in stomach. Should i go for CT scan? ## I have gall stone and feel blotted, leftside abdominalpain occassionally, feel heavy. My cholestrol is marginally high first time. The best thing to do would be to see a dentist, so they can prescribe something appropriate. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, bloating and flatulence. The only actual pain reliever in this medication is Acetaminophen and that won't do much for such intense pain. I have given three tea spoon cylopam to my boy as he is crying due to abdominal pain. Now he is talking irrelevant and seems to be disorient.. What to do now. Is there any way to reverse the effect.. As to this medication, the Dicycloverine and Paracetamol in it may help some, but Simethicone and Dimethicone are unnecessary and aren't going to do anything. Usually, they are best helped by taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen. But none of these will actually 'cure' the problem.
