I take cyclobenzaprine every night for my back. Mine have always been mustard color with an M on one side and 751 on the other. The last one I had filled and started to take today is peach in color with 1G on one side and 283 on the other. I have not been able to find a picture of them or the # either. ## Hello, Jean! I recently had cervical spine surgery (fusion of 3 levels). Before the surgery I was prescribed 500mg methocarbamol three times daily. After the surgery I am now prescribed 10mg cyclobenzaprine. Good evening. The Dr. has had me on cyclobenzaprine 5mg LEG 3 times a day for several years. I just went to get my refill and was given cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride USP 10 mg instead of the tabs I have been taking.
