I just finished 6 days of 500 mg Zithromax, and the 6 day medrol dose pack....3rd antibiotic in a month. Started achiness, dry cough in October, took 250mg zpack 5 days....better for 14 days, jogged in the cold, work around kids.... Right ear and side of throat started hurting 2nd week of Nov... A cephalosporin antibiotic 7 days... No better week if Thanksgiving, achy, pain upper left rib area, coughing up tons of phlegm. Chest xray clear, diagnosed infection and pleurisy. That is when 500 mg zpack and medrol dose pack were prescribed....I finished those 1 day ago, 12/3... I am suppose to get all blood work for my physical, 12/12.. I was give this for a cough/cold. My symptoms are not that severe, so I was thinking of starting with 3 pills and tapering to 2 then 1. Is this dangerous? My father has been taking Clonazepam for years. He takes 4mg a night to sleep and he also takes Amitriptyline along with it. About 6 months ago he lost his bottle of Clonazepam and could not get it refilled for another 2 weeks (controlled substance law would not allow it until 30 days from the last refill). After about 5-6 days of cold turkey, he being having high blood pressure, vertigo, clammy skin, numbness in left arm, etc. We thought he was having a stroke. I was wondering if anyone might help. I have been off my pain meds for 30 days now. I was taking about 320mg of oxycodone and 4-4mg Dilaudid a day. I quit cold turkey and havent had any meds in 30 days. It's been the worst month ever but believe it or not I am feeling much better. Im not having any more withdrawal symptoms. I am hurting very bad today in my neck where the problem is. I am wondering if I take a half or even a half of a half does anyone know if the withdrawal symptoms will come back. I am a 30 year old female and in the beginning of March 2013 I got terribly sick with some sort of cold paired with a severe sinus infection. I was prescribed Methylprednisolone 4mg dose pack. I completed that with only minor side effects however it didn't really work and I was back at the doctor a mere week later feeling just as bad. I was then prescribed Prednisone 20mg tablets, taking 3 daily for 5 days. It helped my symptoms and I felt better. However, my last dose was Sunday 3/17/2013 and today is Wednesday 3/20/2013 and I am feeling incredibly strange.
