I keep seeing IP 190/500 as being naproxen but this is not what I am looking for.I want to know what a long white pill with IP 190 on 1 side and NOTHING AT ALL on the other side is.It`s supposed to be hydrocodone 7.5 (not sure how many mg`s of acetaminophen) but was told it has 7.5 mg`s of hydrocodone ## I can't tell you what it is because I honestly don't know but I can tell you that it is absolutely not a 7.5/500 hydrocodone (or any other 7.5 hydrocodone mix). I found a pill with V on one side and 22/66 on the other side. It's white and oval shaped, but i can see how similar it looks to the 500mg acetaminophen/hydrocodone tablet, BUT it is NOT vicodin! I was wondering what this pill is used for? It is oblong, gray on one side and white on the other. The number on the pill is p449 and the number is on the gray side. It contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the WATSON 349 marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
