Same manufacturer only difference is the shape of the pill. I am already taking 10 mg buspirone 2 times per day and my doc has suggested adding 0.25 mg paxil, to further help with anxiety. Is this safe? The diazapam is twice a day, which is what most of my meds are.... Except the Oxycodone which is every four hours..... In addition to the above mentioned medications, I am also prescribed: Sertraline 150mg, hyoscyamine 0.375, buspirone 15 mg, ondansatron, zen pep and Omeprozole (sp?).... I just got burned with Buspar. I was told that I didn't know what they look like and was intimidated. I should have known. I don't take it to feel high. Trying to see if the skinny white pill with tv100 3 on one side and 555 on the other side is an off-brand version of Xanax? ## A thin white bar-shaped tablet imprinted with [TV | |1003] on one side and [5 | 5| 5] on the other is reportedly identified as Buspirone hydrochloride (15 mg); used to treat various anxiety disorders.
