I would call/email Cobalt and ask if they know of anything that matches the description. Also, If you don't mind me asking, what medications do your husband have a history with? The pill shows J on on side and 50 on the other. The color is a light blue and they may be old. Blue oval pill with pne imprint on one side ## Hi marie, Based on the description provided, I did find a photograph suggesting that it may be a medication by the name of "Desienfriol-D 24Tab" that originates from Mexico. Desienfriol reportedly contains: Clorfenamina (2mg) + Fenilefrina (5mg) + Paracetamol (500mg). Apparently it's marketed for similar uses as Mucinex is here in the States. Another individual had also depicted their Desienfriol as being elliptical (oval) & blue with PNE on one side, and I haven't seen anything else quite like it, so this is the best match I could locate in my own investigation.
