big pink pill with the letter M on one side and the numbers 1772 on the other. What is it? ## It is Darvacet N 100/650 used for pain ## Darvocet ## Right, Generic Darvocet Acetaminophen 650mg & Propoxyphene 100mg ## The prior posters are correct, although I do want to add that this medication is no longer available in the U.S. The FDA had it removed from the market, several years ago, due to the risk of overdose, and cardiac complications it caused. They also warned that it carried the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. It was manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Is there anything else I can help with?

It was around about 10 yrs ago .... used for pain ....ppl could take them to keep from going into withdrawal....it got banned for causing heart problems....i can't think of the name of them....they were abused and kinda made u feel like when u take neurontin ## Hello, Nicky! How are you? I think you may be talking about Darvocet, which contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene. It was a very mild narcotic and yes, it was pulled from the market due to the risk of cardiac dangers. The FDA listed it as possibly being habit forming and it could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. Does the sound correct?

my people gave me this big ass pink oval pain pill the other day 600mg but i was too scared to take it. what is it ## Hi Samantha, Was there any sort of marking or imprint on the pill that you can recall? I know if it's a U.S. manufactured prescription drug, then it is required by law to have a marking of some kind to help identify it. Otherwise I'd say it's an over-the-counter drug or foreign medication. Any additional info on it would be great. Thanks! ## Are there any markings on the tablet? That is what would enable it to be identified. Learn more prescription drug details here.

Found this in my sons backpack, i want to know what type of pill this is. ## Based on the description provided, I've identified your pill as a 180mg Allegra tablet, which contains the active ingredient Fexofenadine. This is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergies. NOTE: 810 is actually an upside down reading of the pill, as the correct marking is regarded as "018" on one side and a logo on the back You can learn more about this drug on the page for Fexofenadine Details I hope this info helps! ## Thank you!

This is identified as Stanozol 10 mg; more commonly known as Winstrol. Apparently they are produced by Balco Pharm; a company involved with one of the biggest steroid scandals in U.S. I know the description above doesn't necessarily fit yours to the "Tee", but I do get the sense that they are both probably steroids, due to their distinctive markings and shape. I found a pink capsule shaped pill. Its pretty big and its its marked 287 on one side and nothing on the other please fill me in what this is ## @Tyson, The only relevant matches I'm finding are oval pink colored pills, imprinted with "2875" or "2876". There's no other numbers on the backside of each pill, but there is a faint imprint of a heart symbol. These particular pills are identified as an antihypertensive medication known as Avalide; containing hydrochlorothiazide + irbesartan. So I have to ask if there's any chance that the marking may have been misinterpreted due to possible fading/degradation of the pill itself from storage conditions or otherwise? Please post back if you have additional details regarding this and I'll see if I can dig any deep...

I found a round bigger peach color pill no markings, not scored. I heard dealers can remove markings? My daughter tells me they are street subutex? ## Unfortunately, with no markings, it's going to be difficult to determine what it is with certainly. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I haven't heard anything about being able to remove markings. Can anyone confirm this?

Coated,Desolves quickly, Gritty, no flavor.alittle smaller than a dime ## If there are no markings, it can be ruled out as being a U.S. approved prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. That means that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have an idea of what this might be?
