I am having problems with my balance. When I had this problem 3 - 4 years ago my doctor prescribe a med called Novo-betahistine 16 mg. I have been very tired for a few weeks and I have problems walking straight. I have a few of these meds left can I take one and see if it will help me? ## Hello, Lynn! How are you doing? white round tablet,with #16(a split in between the 1 & 6 on other side is a capital N or Z. ## There is a 50mg Losartan tablet available in the U.S. and Canada with a Z 16 on it, so that may be what this tablet is. Losartan is an ARB that is used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. My mother had a pacemaker installed 2-3 years ago. She complains that Benacal (it's supposed to keep fluids out) makes her blood pressure drop down too much (dystolic) or else it is dangerously high. Are there alternative medications? Her doctors don't seem to be helping. ## My father has pacemaker since last 10 years . His pacemaker had stopped suddenly at 2am . He had taken beta vert 16 at 10pm . Is that medicine responsible for the accident ? Please reply he is in hospital

Betavert 16 tds can cause migraines, many hypersensitive reactions like blood pressure variations, persistent light headedness etc. Any side effect needs to be reported to doctor ASAP.

I have been having severe dizziness since last about three months. I have been taking vertin 16 (Betahistine Hydrochloride Tablet). If anyone has experience in taking this tab, please advise about the side effect and other problem,if any
