My brother has stage 4 cancer, it started in the kidney in 2012 and came back in 2014. He has been on chemo for almost 2 years. The pet scan showed possible metastasis in l-4 & t-8. Yes, all non-approved pancrelipase drug products have stopped being manufactured and being sold to wholesalers and pharmacies because of FDA quality control guidelines which went into effect on April 28, 2010. Only 3 approved agents are now being sold: Creon (Abbott), Zenpep (Eurand) and Pancreaze (Ortho-McNeil Pediatrics). Older products will eventually be out of stock at the pharmacies as supplies run out and not being replaced with new product. Hello, I was told by my pharmacist today that my prescription of Angeliq was unable to be filled because of production problems. I would be grateful for any news on this. ## Same problem in the UK. I could only get one month's supply. I had a 6 month prescription, only got 6 weeks worth of tablets left and I’m worried I’ll have to change to another HRT. I have tried other HRTs before and had very bad side effects with them. Have been on Angeliq for 7 months now and feel great on it. The thought of stopping or changes scares me. Hi, Desoxyn is not discontinued! Or I just got ripped off by my drug store today! 3/13/2006. Only is available in 5mg. doses. For ADD / ADHD or Narcolepsy. Also for obesity but I never heard of any one getting it for that. I am 180 lbs. Dosage that works best for me Is 25 mg. 2 X Day. Some will tell you to use more. I think much more is bordering on abuse, instead of therapy. I have ADD & Narcolepsy! ## No it's not discontinued it's made by Ovation Pharmeceuticals. I think the name just changed but you can locate it under that. Good luck getting it. I have the severest case of ADHD ever documented in Washington State and none of the stimulants work half as good as Desoxyn and I can't get it. I could if I wanted to pay the $1000+ for it myself.
