antibiotic that is related to minocycline but starts with a "s" Is used for acne and is expensive. ## That would be something in the Tetracycline class, but I am not finding anything that begins with an S. I lost a piece of paper that said what I'm allergic to, I think it's an antibiotic that starts with an M. I started on by-mycin tablets yesterday having to take two tablets on day one and just one tablet a day for the next six days. By now I have taken three of the tablets and still feel as bad as ever. I'm on 75mg methadone maintenance. I accidentally took a 500mg cipro. Just one. Will I go into withdrawels ## I've never heard of cipro causing withdrawals. I am an adult woman who suffers from a bout of impetigo. If you don't know what impetigo is please look it up. I don't get it all the time. I'll get it about once every three years. My son had an ear infection a month ago and was prescribed a 10 day course of Bactrim. He now has another ear infection and has been prescribed it again. A 90 year old woman was diagnosed with penumonia about 4 weeks ago which required hospitalization. She was placed on an antibiotics was not getting any better. Was rushed by ambulance to the hospital for choking and was placed on prednisone of 50 mg/day for a week with a plan to have the prednisone decreased by 10mg/day every week there after, until weaned.
