After viral in last week of august again i had dengue From october 03. on oct 10 i came out. But My fever remains 99 to 99.6 throughout the day. My doctor gave me Augmentin 650 but no relief, Stomach tab but no relief. At last My doctor gave me oflox 400. I want to know why? ## Because Oxfloxacin is a different antibiotic, in a different class. Since the Augmentin didn't help, he is is trying to find something that will help you. One day felt a shooting pain under right ribs in the abdomen just for one second. There after a feeling of full stomach for two weeks. I took Heptral 400 one tablet and the symptoms disappeared. Since I am abroad, no diagnostics have been done.

I am taking 400mg doxycycline a day. Having a terrible toothache. Don't have the money to remove the tooth as yet. Is this dosage safe to take cause it makes me feel real bad ## I would say no. I am not certain of how long it takes but there is a Doxycycline specific ingredient that is dangerous when it goes bad. I do not know if it is highly lethal, but trust me it is not something you want to experience either way. I suggest you take it and dispose of it before any children or anyone else mistakenly takes it. Prevention is the best solution. Alternative Fix: If available, go and get some rum/whiskey and rub it on the gums around the affected tooth, it should act as a mild local anesthetic. Rum is smoother so I recommend that first.
