You can find this on Amazon. Pierre Fabre in France is the manufacturer I think. In France, you need a prescription. I don't know about the UK, but I am sure you can find it on Amazon over the counter. I have some but I never took them because they don't say anything about the secondary effects. Can somebody let me know if he / she experienced any side effect(s)? I have a very poor immune system and anything can have a devastating effect on me. I am usually very allergic to, for example SOJA, shower soap, some other food, etc. Please help. Thank you.

I have tried several places without luck. ## From what I could gather, Tanganil (acetyl-DL-leucine) does not appear to be available in the US - though this is just my own speculation. However some reports suggest that it may be obtained in other countries such as: France, Lebanon, Tunisia and Vietnam. Interestingly enough, despite my lack of findings on its availability here in the States, The US National Library of Medicine still boasts several articles describing its applications and biology. I had an attack yesterday morning at 7.30, took 4 tablets and managed to hang on without vomiting for an hour and a half so they could work and am feeling much better now. So only took 2 in the afternoon. Is that any help? ## Tanganil contains the amino-acid Acetyl-Leucine, it is touted to help with vertigo and nausea. I am afraid I have no other information on it.
