what meds can you not take with chlortabs ## Chlortabls contains Chlorpheniramine, it is most commonly used to treat allergies. There is actually a very large list of medications it can react with, so I can't list them all. Some examples are: Darvocet, Cena-K, Sodium Oxybate, Wygesic and Zonegran. If you can post back with the other medications you are taking, I can provide you with a more accurate answer. What else are you taking?

I am taking Levothyroxine 88 mcg for about 7 yrs., pravastatin 20 MG for about 5gabapenton 300 mg )now off that) since 2011, and more recently Clonzazeoam .5 mg (about 10 moths) and fluoxetine 10 mg for about 7 months. Could any of these be causing my brain not to function rights, depression runs in my family and it seems like I'm afraid of everything, especially driving new places and technology, which I used to be pretty good at. ## Hello, Ladymarine! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you've been having. It could be due to the Pravastatin, Clonazepam, Fluoxetine, or a combination of all of them. There is also a chance that it mi...

Ill try to keep this as brief and frank as i can while making sure to be accurate... Im sort of groggy at the moment.... Let me start by saying, I had taken pills among other things recreationally as a teenager.. never developed an addiction but taking pills was nothing new or unknown to me but I had stopped from the age of about 16-22 because I watched it destroy those around me... Okay, so in 2012 (22 years old) I began taking small doses of oxycodone (unprescribed) to self medicate severe chronic pain. I started taking a quarter of a 30mg pill (7.5mg dose) and would feel relief of pain as well as euphoria. I did not take it daily but the use was somewhat regularly. It wasnt until early 2013 that I began to feel an "attachment" to them although not yet physically addicted. By ...

Im using zoloft for 3 years and now ive received accurate tablets for tension headaches. Can i use them together. TIA ## Hello, Tash! How are you? You can, as long as your doctor approves, but the Zoloft may reduce the efficacy of the Codeine. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The typical Zoloft side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain. Is there anything else I can help with? ## How much is lexapro 30 mg in Zoloft Vermon? Aside from the sedative effect of Xanax and alcohol, someone told me that some patients prescribed narcotics take Xanax to increase the narcotic effects? Is this true? ## Soma is a big favorite with narcotic patients but sure, it is accurate to say that Xanax does cause this effect to some degree. ## People abuse benzodiazepines. It’s a bad idea though. Take too many and you won’t even remember what you did. And it does intensify the effect of opiates and tends to increase one's risk of overdosing because of this. Please don’t do this if you wanna stay alive. Seen too many people OD or die. ## The effects are usually due to an increased severity of the side effects, when they are taken together, which the FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsines...

Normally my daughter takes 1500 milligrams (three 500 mg tabs) of Depakote 2 x per day, however today the pharmacy gave me an eye dropper and "LIQUID" form. The label reads in milliliters so I do not know how many drops to give her? ## Did they not put an amount on the prescription? The should have provided you with an appropriate amount to give her, so you don't have to convert it yourself. If they didn't, you should contact them and ask why they did not do so. No one online can give you answer without knowing the dosage of the liquid, and other specifics. This medication is most commonly used to help prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. However, if you can post back...

can someone tell me if this is ritalin ## Based upon personal experience, believe round white scored tablet A | B CG to be Ritalin 10 mg, non-US pharmaceutical manufacture. ## I cannot guarantee that this information is accurate, but others have identified it as containing 10mgs of Methylphenidate, which is a generic for Ritalin. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and weight loss. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet? ## I have checked my 10mg Ritalin by Novartis tablets purchased with the required script and authorization here in Australia. Taken freshly out of the blister pack they show the CG on one side with A|B on the other. So I can very confidently say that in Australia a...

I found several small, round, orange pills in the cabinet under my sink today. The letters "OP" are printed on one side, and the number "40" is printed on the other side. A friend said they were a generic oxycontin pill that was time released. Is this accurate? What is the proper dosage for this medication? Thank you for your help. ## This is not a generic, since there isn't a generic for Oxycontin, this is the name brand and they are 40mg tablets, the ones with the OP marking are the new formulation that has been made to help prevent abuse. Oxycodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Has anyone taking the Bethel ADVANCED? Bethel 30's have been officially discontinued because of all the side effects. I have a co-worker that is taking them so I am waiting to see what happens. ## To be more accurate, Bethel S30 was removed from the market, because the U.S. FDA found it to contain the undeclared drug ingredient Sibutramine, which was removed from the market, due to the severe risks it causes of cardiac dangers to the people using it. Knowing this information, I'd be reluctant to trust any product from this company. Are there any questions or comments?

I'm curious as to what exactly this cream is used for and the side effects of use? ## This looks like a compounded cream, each word being an abbreviation for the full ingredient. I am assuming that each one corresponds to the following (though I can't guarantee that I am 100% accurate): CARB = Carbamazepine, anticonvulsant used in treating neuropathic pain CYCL = Cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxer DICL = Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID) GABA = Gabapentin, anticonvulsant used in treating neuropathic pain LIDO = Lidocaine, a local anesthetic PRIL= Prilocaine, a local anesthetic So it seems that this is a pain relieving cream, and a strong one at that. I would recommend checking each drug for its possible side effects. May I ask where you got it from? Was it com...

Can I take these two with cozaar. Do they have serious side effects? ## Hi Susan, Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between any of the three medications you mentioned. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. There are however food related interactions with Cozaar. Information that I've gathered states the following: "GENERALLY AVOID: Moderate-to-high dietary intake of potassium, especially salt substitutes, may increase the risk of hyperkalemia in some patients who are using angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs). ARBs can promote hyperkalemia through inhibition of angiotensin II-induced aldosterone secretion. Patients with diabetes, he...
