Hello I have been on Amplodipine 5mg tablets for 18 months but my ankles kept swelling up. They have changed my tablets to Losartan Krka 50mg which I did not take as I thought they made a mistake by giving me 50mg tabs instead of 5mg. The doctor has now said that it is ok to take 50mg as it is the same as the 5mg tabs just a different make .I am not sure about this can you please confirm this is correct I know live in Cyprus and I know of many mistakes that have been made here.. Thank you Linda ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Sorry about the confusion. Yes, if you were on 5mgs of Amlodipine, you'd need 50mgs of the Losartan to be therapeutically equivalent. I am scheduled to take 1, 3 times a day. they are orange (light) a V on one side, scored and say on the back; 36 score mark 05. I have taken as many as 4 at one time w/o getting relief, but do feel there is a small amount in them, just to keep from withdrawal. ## In addition, I got this RX from the hospital pharmacy, no independent parties were involved. Are these places more likely to get less potent or fake tablets? or was there misuse of the main ingredients in the manufacturing process? ## Most likely it's just that the medication doesn't work well for you for pain. Not everything works for everyone that tries it, which is why there are usually multiple options to try in any therapeutic medication category. Additionally, if you've taken it before, your body may have buil...

tramadol/apap 37.5 mg ## This might be a name for this drug from a certain company that manufactures it, but the most common name for this med is Ultracet, so if you look under that, you will find it easier. Ultracet Info Click Here ## Ultracet does not come in a generic yet I dont think, unless it happened over the past month or so. ## I just looked it up at Ident-A-Drug, the paid site I use, there is a generic now available from Kali (Remember those weird ones that showed up before, and we couldn't find at walls because they were too new in the U.S.) Reddish Orange Tablet, Oblong, Marking Kali 083. THANKS!! ## My opinion is that is you have been taking ANY medication for so long that you have forgotten what they were originally prescribed for, there is definitely a cause for concern. The fact that you take 8 per day and each pill has 500 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) in it, the total amount of acetaminophen you take per day is 4000 mg, which is the threshold for maximum recommended dosage for the drug. That is if you don't take any other acetaminophen-containing medications on top of th...
