My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. It contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a centrally acting analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. My Doctor prescribed Atorfit CV 10 or Aztor ASP 75 one tab at night. What are the components. Both caps are having same contents or not? ## Aztor contains Atorvastatin and Aspirin, it is used to thin the blood and help lower cholesterol. I took the white M77 for years, one and a half year ago my script provder changed it to the blue 1201 v. during this time I have developed extremely dry mouth which I never had all the years I took the m77. I was on Atenolol from 2002 to 2017. Then there was a "shortage". The new Atenolol is absolutely NOT the same. If it was, I wouldn't have to take 9, that's right 9 50mg tablets of metoprolols with the Atenolol. I've told my Doctor. He either doesn't believe me, or doesn't care. With my hand on a Bible.... I've just had my very first surgery at age 22 on my right ear (Tymnoplasty). I was actually fine with mild pain leaving the hospital and was given this prescription at Walgreens to take every four hours before any pain started when leaving the hospital. I've never had a problem with generic medication, but this is possibly the worse pain I've experienced!
