It's also round, not oblong in shape. However there are some pain pills that are white and oblong, including Watson 388 (Hydrocodone 2.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg) as well as Watson 853 (Hydrocodone bitartrate 10mg + Acetaminophen 325mg). I was dispensed some counterfeit white Watson's 853's. They looked different to me but I never had a bunk one before. I knew they were bunk because I didn't get any effect from them besides a headache. Also, they were chalky numbers and letters rubbed off easily. Has anyone else come across these? ## Yes. Looked at the 3, it's different. The real ones have a rounded top and bottom. Counterfeits are straight. ## I go to a pain clinic and am prescribed 10mg hydrocodone. The Watson 853 is no good and offers no pain relief at all.
