I have a white oval pill that says M 582 on one side and is blank on the other side. Could this pill be Percocet? ## I have never seen one like that before, nor heard of it ever being oval. Oxycodone is white, round and either says 512 or endo (depending on the maker). There is aso Roxixet, but I can't remember what it says on it...Hope this helps. Also, it depends on the strength. Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.

I'm confused I just got a refill of generic percocet 5/325. Last month I was given a new type that just doesn't do enough for me. Had the RP stamped on smaller 5/325 pill. My previous prescriptions were large white pills with 512 on one side with a code on bottle of MCRK. My new prescription has the identical 512 pills but still has the newer code of MADV.
