I NEED 4 ECOTIN A DAY. ANY DANGER WITH THAT ? ## I am taking ecotrin and Simvastatin (40) but am well. When is the best time to take these tablets? I am taking both tablets with a glass of water at about 19.30 hours, before an evening meal. Is this OK? Can I take the Ecotrin first thing in the morning? ## Ecotrin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, swelling, for heart health, and blood thinning. I am having problems with light headedness, weakness, fatigue and irregular heartbeats. Can I just stop taking this med. ## Hi Mary, According to an article by Lupin Pharmaceuticals (who I believe may be the manufacturer of this medication), an abrupt discontinuation of Amlodipine + Benazepril has NOT been linked to any sudden increases in blood pressure. Ref: lupinpharmaceuticals.com/pdf/10/Amlodipine-Benazepril.pdf That said, you could probably take the manufacturer's word for it in terms of quitting, but I would probably encourage you to still talk with your doctor before making any changes that you aren't sure of. My wife had to be hospitalized for confusion and hearing voices etc while on xarelto and has since switched to eliquis and is much better, but I think that xarelto did some damage and she is still experiencing some problems but not as severe. ## What problems is she still experiencing? Such events aren't listed by the FDA, or NIH as being side effects of Xarelto. It's typical ones usually include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising, and anxiety. I stopped taking the Xulane patch in Oct. 2016. I have currently been trying to conceive and so far have had no luck. I remember being on Ortha evra and missing putting my patch on by a week and I was pregnant by the following month. I was on Metoprolol 50 mg 2 pills 2 times a day...never had a problem with blood pressure from min. I took it no racing heart no high blood pressure,,,New Doc switched from that to 100 mg metoprolol 1 pill 2 times a day well even since have not felt well had to stop taking other meds made blood pressure go up so did stress ut on other dose blood pressure was always fine has anyone ever had problem like this......

I am new to the patch i have been on the 25 mcg for a month and two weeks now the first brqnd i used was mallickrodt and i thought they didnt work so i told my doc and she suggested trying a different pharmacy, so i did and they gave me par and sandoz.
