It's excellent. It only requires one a day and very little mg. This has L-Carnitine which also helps to blast fat. If interested in purchasing any let me know.

i started taking redumed today because a friend reccomended it to me after loosin 20 pounds in a month. i went to the doctor in mexico and like everything it requires good nutrition also the doctor i go to will be giving me a vitamin shot in the stomach every 2 weeks. i payed $100 for the doctor visit which is monthly and $51 for the 30 day supply. changing your ways of eating will definetly do the trick. for example no red meats bread beans corn or dairy products other dan non fat milk for the first month. the key to this medicine is EXCERSIZE at least 30 minutes for the consumer to notice change at a normal speed and not like all slow. the pill doesnt do magic so basically you need to put BIG effort and change your ways off eating. Even though the pill will make you loose your appetite you still need to eat at leasdt every 3 hours. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner need to be full meals like chicken and veggies, or kashi cereal, or even scrambled eggs and veggies. between those meals you must eat a snack and by snack its fruit like 2 small apples or 2 small oranges or 1 banana .. etc.. AND most important learn how to say NO to temptation. ive been to so many doctors to loose weight and ive lost up to 15 pounds in 2 months but after the first 2 months its like the pill stops working. so im really hoping REDUMED works for me with all the sacrifices im gonnna have to make.

also drink lots and lots of water. Tea or grapefruit juice also helps. NO soda or sweet juices.

I took redumed last month
i lost 10 pounds in a month and 10 cm along my waist. I went down a size in jeans as well although i didn't follow the diet the way i was supposed to i still ate hamburgers n mexican food hehe
but u need to eat as much protein as u can and prevent weight loss products just eat chicken turkey or fish. No red meats. No dairy products other dan non fat milk. Also exercise at least 30 minutes or else the pill wont work. Drink lots of water and remember the pill is not magic. You gotta put some big effort. After this pill my doctor recommended esbel caps. But good luck. If u get hungry grab a fruit. the only cereal you can eat is Kashi. If u have any questions email me
